[:en]The only representative from the Croatian, an innovator from Kastav Stipan Orčić participated in exhibitions in Toronto and Sevastopol, where he won gold medals for his innovation Traffic turbine. At the competition ICAN 2016. that took place in Toronto in the final round entered 255 innovations from 36 countries. In Sevastopol on Krim XII. International Salon of Inventions and New Technologies “New Time” was held. At the exhibition participated 345 innovations from 23 countries. Innovation Traffic turbine caused a lot of interest, and Orčić established some business contacts. Traffic turbine exploits the energy potential generated by frequency highways, railways. Increased circulation of compressed air is directed into each traffic turbine for the work of electricity generator. Generators are connected, and produced electricity is distributed to substations where it is used to start railway vehicles, for lighting and similar. Work of Traffic turbines does not pollute the environment and make them ecologically acceptable.[:hr]Jedini predstavnik iz Hrvatske, Kastavski inovator Stipan Orčić sudjelovao je na izložbama u Torontu i Sevastopolju, na kojima je nagrađen zlatnim medaljama za svoju inovaciju Prometna turbina. Na natjecanju iCAN 2016. održanom u Torontu u finalni krug ušlo je 255 inovacija iz 36 zemalja. U Sevastopolju na Krimu održan je XII. International Salon of Inventions and New Technologies „New Time“. Na izložbi je sudjelovalo 345 inovacija iz 23 zemlje. Inovacija Prometna turbina izazvala je veliko zanimanje, a Orčić je uspostavio i određene poslovne kontakte. Prometna turbina iskorištava energetski potencijal koji nastaje po frekventnim autocestama, željeznicama. Pojačano strujanje stlačenog zraka usmjerava se u svaku prometnu turbinu za rad generatora električne energije. Generatori se povezuju, a proizvedena struja distribuira se do trafostanica gdje se koristi za pokretanje pružnih vozila, za rasvjetu i slično.
