[:en]Supervisory Board session was held on 30th September in Hotel Medna, Mateo Tramontana is selected for the president of the Supervisory Board, and for his deputy Daniel Kukoc. The following reports have been accepted: report about business and status of the Company for the year 2015., financial annual report for 2015., management report about conducted procedure of Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement, report of the Supervisory Board about conducted supervision of business for 2015. In relation to last year it is important to indicate that income of the Hotel Medena increased for 28% and refers to the period 01.01.- 31.08.2016., expenditures are higher by only 4% and it is expected that this financial year will end with a positive business operation. Regarding number of the overnights, in the first eight months of 2016., 11% more overnighs was realized in relation to the same period last year. In order to raise the categorization of the hotel to three stars, renovation of the hotel will start after the season, and bigger operations are planned in the next years.[:hr]Sjednica Nadzornog odbora Hotela Medena održana je 30. rujna, za predsjednika nadzornog odbora izabran je Mateo Tramontana, a za njegovog zamjenika Danijel Kukoč. Prihvaćena su sljedeća izvješća: izvješće o poslovanju i stanju Društva za 2015. g., financijsko godišnje izvješće za 2015. g., izvješće Uprave o provedenom postupku predstečajne nagodbe te izvješće Nadzornog odbora o obavljenom nadzoru poslovanja za 2015.g. U odnosu na prošlu godinu važno je istaknuti da je prihod Hotela Medena veći za 28 % a odnosi na period 01.01.- 31.08.2016., dok su rashodi veći za samo 4%, što je za očekivati da će ova poslovna godina završiti s pozitivnim poslovanjem. Što se tiče broja noćenja, za prvih osam mjeseci 2016. g. ostvareno je 11% više noćenja u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine. Kako bi se kategorizacija hotela podigla na tri zvjezdice kreće se u adaptaciju hotela nakon sezone, a veći zahvati planiraju se u narednim godinama.[:de]Die Aufsichtsratssitzung wurde am 30. Die folgenden Berichte wurden angenommen: Bericht über die Geschäftsentwicklung und Status der Gesellschaft für das Jahr 2015., Finanzjahresbericht für das Jahr 2015, Lagebericht über durchgeführten Verfahren der Pre-Settlement Konkurs, Bericht des Aufsichtsrats über durchgeführten Aufsichts von Unternehmen für das Jahr 2015. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr es ist wichtig zu anzuzeigen, dass das Einkommen des Hotel Medena erhöht für 28% bezieht sich auf den Zeitraum 01.01.- 31.08.2016. Ausgaben sind höher nur für 4% und es wird erwartet, dass dieses Geschäftsjahr mit einem positiven Geschäftsbetrieb endet. In Bezug auf Anzahl der Übernachtungen wurde in den ersten acht Monaten des Jahres 2016. 11% mehr Übernachtungen im Verhältnis zum gleichen Zeitraum im vergangenen Jahr realisiert. Um die Kategorisierung des Hotels drei Sterne zu erhöhen, die Renovierung des Hotels wird nach der Saison beginnen und größere Operationen werden in den nächsten Jahren geplant.
