The value of investments in the auto camp is 139.3 million kuna, and the investor is the company Nova Camping. It is about autocamp with a 5 star in the municipality Povljana on the island Pag, of total accommodation capacity for 2,200 people, with the possibility of of employment for 20 full-time and 145 seasonal workers. Investor of reconstruction of the Hotel Park in Rovinj is the company Maistra, and value of the project is 539 million kn. It is planned to replace the existing building to the luxury tourist object with a capacity of 209 accommodation units with a 500 beds. A large part of accommodation units will have its own small private swimming pool, and will offer additional facilities such as wellness and spa center with swimming pools, congress and concert halls … This project would enable opening of 85 new working places. Minister of Tourism Anton Kliman stated that they managed to “unblock” these projects that during the tenure of the previous government were standing several years. The government has extended the deadline for two years to the company “Kermas Istra” owned by businessman Danko Koncar, for submission of the use permit for the project at the location of Sveta Katarina Monumenti in Pula, which is the part of the project Brijuni Riviera. Radi se o kampu sa 5 zvjezdica u općini Povljana na otoku Pagu, ukupnog smještajnog kapaciteta za 2200 ljudi, uz mogućnost zapošljavanja 20 stalnih i 145 sezonskih djelatnika. Investitor rekonstrukcije Hotela Park u Rovinju je tvrtka Maistra, a vrijednost projekta je 539 milijuna kuna. Planira se zamjena postojećeg objekta izgradnjom luksuznog turističkog objekta, kapaciteta 209 smještajnih jedinica sa ukupno oko 500 ležajeva. Veliki dio smještajnih jedinica imati će vlastiti mali privatni bazen, a nuditi će i dodatne sadržaje kao što su wellness i SPA centar sa bazenima, kongresno-koncertnim dvoranama… Ovaj projekt bi omogućio otvaranje 85 novih radnih mjesta. Ministar turizma Anton Kliman izjavio je da su uspjeli „otkočili“ ove projekte koji su za vrijeme mandata prošle vlade stajali nekoliko godina. Tvrtki „Kermas Istra“ poduzetnika Danka Končara Vlada je produljila rok za dvije godine za dostavu uporabne dozvole za projekt na lokaciji Sveta Katarina Monumenti u Puli, koji je u sklopu projekta Brijuni Riviera. Der Wert der Anlagen im Autocamp ist 139,3 Millionen kn, und der Investor ist die Firma Nova Camping. Es handelt sich um Autocamp mit einem 5-Sterne in der Gemeinde Povljana auf der Insel Pag, der Gesamtkapazität für 2.200 Personen, mit der Möglichkeit der Beschäftigung für 20 Vollzeit- und 145 Saisonarbeiter. Anleger der Rekonstruktion des Hotel Park in Rovinj ist das Unternehmen Maistra, und der Wert des Projekts ist 539 Millionen kn. Tourismusminister Anton Kliman gab an dass sie diese Projekte zu “entsperren” schafften, dass während des Besitzes der früheren Regierung standen mehrere Jahre. Die Regierung hat die Anmeldeschluss für zwei Jahre dem Unternehmen “Kermas Istra” im Besitz von dem Geschäftsmann Danko Koncar verlängert, für die Vorlage der Nutzungserlaubnis für das Projekt im Standort Sveta Katarina Monumenti in Pula, der Brijuni Riviera ist der Teil des Projekts. Es geht um die Hafen des nautischen Tourismus, für die das Unternehmen Kermas Istra eine Konzession für die Zwecke der Konstruktion und Verwendung von Zweck Ports erhalten.[:]
