After the summer season and departure of tourists, it is not waisting time and it is intensively preparing for the new season which brings a number of luxury and renovated hotels from Istria to Dubrovnik. Our capital city will also get smaller business hotels as well as some new world brands, such as Marotti at the place of Croatia Osiguranje in Miramarska and on Zagreb’s main square. Until the end of this year Zagreb will get a high-class hotel Le Premier on the Victims of Fascism Square. Except business and holiday guests the hotel will also serve as a college for students of university Libertas, whose investor is Gojko Ostojić, the owner of the university. Le Premier will have 4 stars and 62 rooms, a presidential suite, bar, restaurant, spa area and will be decorated in art deco style.

The largest investment will be renovation of the hotel Park in Rovinj which starts Maistra (Adria) with investment of 600 million kuna. Renovated hotel will have five stars, with around 200 rooms, 20 luxury suites and a small private pools on the terrace. The opening is planned for 2018. which will complete decorating of exclusive zone Monte Mulini.

Already next season Opatija Riviera gets 4-star hotel on the site of a former motel in Ičići. Remisens hotel Giorgio II will have 180 rooms on the five floors, and the investor is Liburnia Riviera Hotels. On Cres will be built Eco Golf Resort Matalda on 320 hectares with the hotel of 100 rooms, 15 villas with swimming pools, and a small marinas and heliport while Mali Lošinj will get enlargement of the airport.

In Zadar will be built Hyatt hotel of Dogus Group investor, that will have 115 luxury residences, a number of exclusive shops and catering facilities. The investment worths 100 million euros, and the completion is planned for 2019.

Hotel Medena in Seget Donji is also renovating, it is investing 60 million kn in order to reach a level of 4 stars and new market position. The owner Danko Koncar started the recapitalization of the hotel that according to pre-bankruptcy settlement should reach 153 million kuna in order to increase the ownership stake of Kermas energy on 75.1%.

A global travel company TUI next year will invest in the brand TUI Blue, under which will operate renovated Hotel Jadran in Tučepi, composed of Bluesun hotel of Jako Andabaka.

Brand TUI Blue promotes wellness and fitness, healthy local and vegetarian food, modern mobile technologies and individual approach to guests. The hotel will have 161 room with 11 exclusive suites with pool, 4 bars and 3 restaurants.

Valamar Riviera opens next year in Rabac TUI Family Life Bellevue Resort with an investment of 500 million kuna. The target group are guests with high purchasing power.

In plan is also a thorough reconstruction of the Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik, worth 10 million euros, for which is engaged architectural studio BF and Franić Šekoranja.
