Pursuant to Art.10 para.1 item 10 of the Law on Catering Activity (NN. no. 85/15.-126/21.), Article 6 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism (NN No. 130/17 – 70/21), and in connection with Art. 10. Law on Protection consumer (NN No. 19/22) we inform consumers that a written complaint on the quality of service provided can be submitted in person in our business premises and:

Confirmation of receipt of the complaint will be submitted without delay in writing. The complainant will be provided with an answer on the merits of the complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. For that purpose, please indicate your name, surname and address in the complaint.
