[:en]Campaign BBC Micro: bit – STEM revolution in schools on online platform for crowdfunding Indiegogo launched the Croatian Makers initiative. It is donated more than 1.6 million kuna in order that children in schools get micro: bit computers. This action attracted hundreds of investors which aims to raise the level in the field of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Among the initiators there is also an entrepreneur Nenad Bakić, which points out that children have a right on modern education.
He pointed out that children need contemporary learning skills, communication and presentation in order to be equal participants of society. Although there is still 13 days until the end of the donation campaign, it is already the most successful Croatian campaign on one of the platforms for crowdfunding. The goal is to collect 250 000 dollars.
The action was supported by numerous domestic IT campaigns, and the largest donation of 10 000 dollars provided a software company TerminalWorks. This support is understandable, because on our market lacks more than 1000 programmers and launch of this action could be a springboard for a future in which we will rely on domestic knowledge capital.
All who wish to join the campaign, can donate money on Indiegogo platform. The minimum donation is 15 dollars and it will provide one micro: bit computer. Due to collected funds, the promoter of campaign have already ordered 15 000 computers that is much more than the initial plan of 3600 computers. The final goal is that each child in the 6th or 7th grade gets one micro: bit, but for that part of the project, it is required intensive cooperation of the Ministry of Education because it is about 40 000 computers.
Micro:bit computers have created BBC, Microsoft and other partners and apart in the UK are used only in a few countries. This computer is equipped with a compass and accelerometer that help him to determine the position in space. It also contains a Bluetooth connection for easy connection, and on it there are two buttons that can be programmed. A little computer has 25 LEDs where they can display various messages, while the connectors on the bottom allows you to connect a range of additional sensors such as thermometers and humidity sensors.
Micro:bit gathers a large ecosystem thanks to numerous partners and with many materials in English there no lack of facilities and tools in the Croatian language.
[:hr]Kampanju BBC micro:bit – STEM revolucija u školama na online platformi za grupno financiranje Indiegogo pokrenula je Croatian Makers inicijativa. Kako bi što više djece u školama dobilo micro:bit računala donirano je više od 1,6 milijuna kuna. Ova akcija privukla je stotine ulagača kojim se želi podići razina u STEM području (znanost, tehnologija, inženjerstvo i matematika). Među pokretačima nalazi se i poduzetnik Nenad Bakić koji naglašava da djeca imaju pravo na moderno obrazovanje.
Naglasio je kako djeci trebaju suvremene vještine učenja, komunikacije i prezentacije kako bi bili ravnopravni sudionici društva. Iako je ostalo još 13 dana do kraja ove donacijske kampanje, ona je već najuspješnija hrvatska kampanja na nekoj od platformi za grupno financiranje. Cilj prikupljanja je 250 000 dolara.
Akciju su podržale brojne domaće IT kampanje a najveću donaciju od 10 000 dolara dala je softverska tvrtka TerminalWorks. Ova podrška je razumljiva jer na našem tržištu nedostaje više od 1000 programera a pokretanje ove akcije mogla bi biti odskočna daska za budućnost u kojoj ćemo se oslanjati na domaći kapital znanja.
Svi koji se žele priključiti kampanji, novac mogu donirati na Indiegogo platformi. Minimalna donacija je 15 dolara a njome će se osigurati jedno micro:bit računalo. S obzirom na prikupljena sredstva, pokretači kampanje već naručuju 15 000 računala što je puno više od početnog plana od 3600 računala. Konačan cilj je da svako dijete u 6. ili 7. razredu dobije po jedan micro:bit no za taj dio projekta nužna je suradnja Ministarstva obrazovanja jer je riječ o oko 40 000 računala.
Micro:bit računala kreirali su BBC, Microsoft i drugi partneri a osim u Velikoj Britaniji koriste se u tek nekoliko zemalja. Ovo računalo je opremljeno kompasom i akcelerometrom koji mu pomažu odrediti položaj u prostoru. Sadrži i Bluetooth vezu za lakše spajanje a na njemu se nalaze i dvije tipke koje se mogu programirati. Malo računalo ima 25 LED-ica na kojima se mogu prikazati razne poruke, dok konektori na njegovu dnu omogućuju da se spoji i niz dodatnih senzora poput termometra ili senzora vlage.
Micro:bit okuplja i veliki ekosustav zahvaljujući brojnim partnerima a uz brojne materijale na engleskom neće nedostajati sadržaja i alata na hrvatskom jeziku.

Es wird mehr als 1,6 Millionen Kuna gespendet, damit Kinder in den Schulen Mikro: Bitcomputer bekommen. Diese Aktion zog Hunderte von Investoren, die das Niveau im Bereich der STEM (Wissenschaft, Technologie, Ingenieurwesen und Mathematik) rücken soll. Unter den Initiatoren gibt es auch einen Unternehmer Nenad Bakić, der darauf hinweist, dass Kinder ein Recht auf moderne Bildung haben.
Er wies darauf hin, dass Kinder zeitgemäße Lernfähigkeit, Kommunikation und Präsentation brauchen, um gleichberechtigte Teilnehmer der Gesellschaft zu sein. Obwohl es noch 13 Tage bis zum Ende der Spendenaktion ist, es ist bereits die erfolgreichste kroatische Kampagne auf einer der Plattformen für Crowdfunding. Das Ziel ist 250 000 Dollar zu sammeln.

Micro: Bit-Computer haben BBC, Microsoft und anderen Partnern erstellt, und auseinander in Großbritannien sind nur in einigen Ländern verwendet. Dieser Computer ist mit einem Kompass und Beschleunigungsmesser ausgestattet, die ihm helfen, die Position im Raum zu bestimmen.
