It is about 95.25% of the share capital and the decision was made with 79% of votes. Leaders of the hotel Medena announced that from shareholders who voted against the decision will be able to buy shares at a price of 58.20 kuna.
It is known that in the middle of last year, hotel Medena terminated the Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement procedure and the majority shareholder became the company Kermas energy of Danko Koncar. Končar committed over the three years recapitalize hotel with 153 million kuna and to acquire 75.1% of share in the company. In long term operations of the company and the improvement of quality it is necessary to invest about 60 million kuna.
[:hr]U ponedjeljak, 16. siječnja na glavnoj skupštini hotela Medena donesena je odluka o povlačenju 1 029 127 dionica sa Zagrebačke burze. Radi se o 95,25% temeljnog kapitala a odluka je donesena sa 79% zastupljenih glasova. Čelnici hotela Medena najavili su da će od dioničara koji su glasali protiv takve odluke moći otkupiti dionice po cijeni od 58,20 kuna.
Poznato je da je sredinom prošle godine hotel Medena okončao postupak predstečajne nagodbe a kojoj je većinski vlasnik postala tvrtka Kermas energija Danka Končara. Končar se obvezao u tri godine dokapitalizirati hotel s 153 milijuna kuna te steći 75,1 % udjela u tvrtki.U dugoročnost poslovanja tvrtke i unapređenje kvalitete potrebno je uložiti oko 60 milijuna kuna.

Es handelt sich um 95,25% des Grundkapitals und die Entscheidung ist mit 79% der abgegebenen Stimmen gefasst. Führer des Hotels Medena angekündigt, dass von Aktionären, die gegen die Entscheidung gestimmt haben, können Aktien zu einem Preis von 58,20 Kuna zu kaufen.
Es ist bekannt, dass in der Mitte des vergangenen Jahres, Hotel Medena die Konkursabwicklungsverfahren beendet hat und der Mehrheitsgesellschafter ist Gesellschaft Kermas Energie von Danko Končar geworden. Končar verpflichtet sich im drei Jahren rekapitalisieren Hotel mit 153 Millionen Kuna und zu 75,1% Anteil in der Gesellschaft zu erwerben. Im langfristigen Betrieb der Gesellschaft sowie die Verbesserung der Qualität ist es notwendig, ungefähr 60 Millionen Kuna zu investieren.[:]
