[:en]Unionized forestry meetings are the trade union, professional, sports and cultural manifestation in which each member release own talents and present their hobbies. This year’s team building of the Trade Union of Engineers and Technicians of Forestry took place in Hotel Medena from 22nd to 25th of September, within which were held two thematic lectures.
The cultural part of the program included the first joint exhibition of art and photo works of union members occasional called “Art in forestry”, it is also performed a short comedy “E, neš za nj” of the amateur theater from Trilj.
In the sports facilities participated 330 members and guests and they competed in bowling, tennis and table tennis, football, beach volleyball, basketball, bocce, hunting trap and a speed beer drinking. Since that the motto of the meeting was “The important thing is to participate and not win”, the winners were not chosen.
A special feature of these meetings is the fact that for the first time Croatian Forests Directorates d.o.o. did not have a representative because of the increasingly poor dialogue between the management and the Union, seeking for payment of bonuses and the affairs of secret contracts for board members, attempt of breaking the collective contract, nonpayment of compensation for transport for employees, layoffs, etc.[:hr]Sindikalno šumarski susreti su sindikalna, stručna, sportska i kulturna manifestacija u kojoj svaki član oslobađa svoje talente i prezentira svoje hobije. Ovogodišnji team building Sindikata inženjera i tehničara šumarstva održao se u hotelu Medena od 22. do 25. rujna u sklopu kojeg su se održala dva tematska predavanja. Kulturni dio programa uključivao je prvu zajedničku izložbu likovnih i foto radova članova Sindikata prigodnog naziva «Umjetnost u šumarstvu», a odigrana je i kratka komedija «E, neš za nj» amaterskog kazališta iz Trilja.
U sportskim sadržajima sudjelovalo je 330 članova i gostiju a natjecali su se u kuglanju, tenisu i stolnom tenisu, nogometu, odbojci na pijesku, košarci, boćanju, lovačkom trapu i brzinskom ispijanju piva. S obzirom na to da je moto susreta bio «Važno je sudjelovati a ne pobijediti», pobjednici se nisu birali.
Posebnost ovih susreta je činjenica da prvi put Uprava Hrvatskih šuma d.o.o. nije imala svog predstavnika zbog sve lošijeg dijaloga između Uprave i sindikata, traženja isplate bonusa i afera tajnih ugovora članova Uprave, pokušaj raskidanja kolektivnog ugovora, neisplate naknada za prijevoz radnicima, otpuštanje radnika i sl.
[:de]Gewerkschaftliche Forstwirtschaft Treffen sind die Gewerkschaft, professionelle, sportliche und kulturelle Manifestation in der jedes Mitglied seine Talente freigesetzt und ihre Hobbys präsentiert. Das diesjährige Team building der Gewerkschaft der Ingenieure und Forsttechniker fand vom 22. bis 25. September im Hotel Medena statt, in dem zwei thematische Vorträge stattfanden. Der kulturelle Teil des Programms umfasste die erste gemeinsame Ausstellung von Kunst und Fotoarbeiten von Gewerkschaftsmitgliedern, die gelegentlich “Kunst in der Forstwirtschaft” genannt, sowie eine kurze Komödie “E, neš za nj” des Amateurtheaters von Trilj.
In die Sportanlagen nahmen 330 Mitglieder und Gäste teil, und sie konkurrierten in Bowling, Tennis und Tischtennis , Fußball, Beach-Volleyball, Basketball, Boccia, Jagd Falle und einem Geschwindigkeits Bier trinken. Seit das Motto des Treffens war “Die wichtige Sache ist teilzunehmen und nicht zu gewinnen”, wurden die Gewinner nicht gewählt.
Ein besonderes Merkmal dieser Treffen ist die Tatsache, dass zum ersten Mal Kroatischen Wälder Direktionen Ltd. hat keinen Vertreter wegen der zunehmend schlechten Dialog zwischen dem Management und der Gewerkschaft, suche für die Zahlung von Prämien und die Affäre der geheimen Verträge den Vorstandsmitglieder , Versuch des Kollektivvertrages zu brechen, Nichtzahlung der Entschädigung für den Transport für die Mitarbeiter, Entlassungen und etc ..[:]
