[:en]President of the Board of Brodotrogir, Nenad Koncar manages with about ten companies, of which the largest are Brodotrogir, Hotel Medena and Adriadiesel. He talked about business of the companies with which manages, about perspective of shipbuilding, about importance of innovation in business, about investing to innovative and startup companies, and raising of the company value what is his biggest challenge and motivation.
The order book in Brodotrogir is filled, and the total order value is approximately 200 million dollars. Currently they are finishing second chemical tanker which is designed for the transport of chemical and petroleum products, and it is arranged by the maritime company Maritime Trogir. With the Norwegian Blystad group they have a contract of ships exploitation after construction. The first chemical tanker was made for the Trogir Maritime and it is rented to Blystad group for a period of five plus three years. Expectations of this tanker were realistic, for now there is no profit but from its work pays off the loan. Trogir Maritime has another three to five ships for the construction, that with pipes supply large pipelayings, and have been designed for the transport of other special cargo. They are constructing also ship for the the Russian shipowner, the similar sister ship should soon be towed to a shipyard, and the construction of the bow for the Arctic tanker that breaks ice two meters is arranged. The project offshore ships for the transport of the pipes has started, and negotiations are underway for the construction of smaller tankers. From new jobs they are working on projects for ro-pax ships, yachts projects and projects of offshore boats. Regarding overhaul last year on the overhaul was 76 boats, and the year before only 22. Last year in the function has been placed smaller dock intended for the service and overhaul of yachts of up to 800 tons. To the place of the old dock that expired license, they placed new one. Extraction of the boats up to 600 tons enable travel lifts and hydraulic carts. Marina Trogir was made quality, until now it is invested around 23 million euros. Berths are filled, and the challenge is filling boats in the dry dock. They intend to have income from sea berths, dry berths, and repair services. The deadline for the the restructuring process is March 2018, they made a lot of things, there are a lot of plans, but in order to survive they should invest in technology, innovation and people. Brodotrogir finished last year with 30 percent higher income than the year before. Currently in the area of the shipyard works 1150 employees, and it is required more workers with different profiles, and they strive to invest in education of workers. Constant problem is the financing of shipbuilding, HBOR is crucial in this process and without banks it is impossible to finance production. Regarding success of Croatian shipbuilding, the most important is an innovative product that others doesn`t have because it provides certain protection and security. Profit is not a sufficient guarantee for the success, it is necessary to have innovation for new challenges, said Nenad Koncar.
Regarding project Sveta Katarina – Monumenti, the news is that concessions which received Kermas Istra is prolonged for two more years and they continue with the project.
Adriadiesel is producer of diesel generators and energy plants, they also produce generators for nuclear power plants. Currently operates positively but with technology development, educations and innovations should be trained for possible disturbances on the market.
Kermas energija plans to invest 30 million euros in improving the quality of the Hotel Medena services. Income is raised for 40 percent from the beginning of managing with the hotel, and service level will be raised to three plus stars. Three projects are made and the whole team analyze what is most profitable. Knjiga narudžbi u Brodotrogiru je popunjena, a ukupna vrijednost narudžbi iznosi oko 200 milijuna dolara. Trenutno se dovršava drugi chemical tanker koji je projektiran za prijevoz kemijskih i naftnih proizvoda, a ugovorila ga je pomorska kompanija Trogir Maritime. Sa norveškom Blystad grupom imaju ugovor o eksploataciji brodova nakon izgradnje. Prvi chemical tanker izrađen je za Trogir Maritime i iznajmljen grupi Blystad na rok od pet plus tri godine. Očekivanja od njega bila su realna, za sada nema zaradu ali od svog rada otplaćuje kredit. Trogir Maritime ima još tri do pet brodova za gradnju, to su brodovi koji snabdijevaju cijevima velike cjevopolagače, a dizajnirani su i za prijevoz ostalih specijalnih tereta. Gradi se također i brod za ruskog brodovlasnika, sličan sestrinski brod trebao bi uskoro biti dotegljen u brodogradilište, a za jedan arktički tanker koji lomi led dva metra ugovorena je gradnja pramčanog dijela. Projekt off shore brodova za prijevoz cijevi je započet, a pregovara se i o gradnji manjih tankera. Od novih poslova rade se projekti ro-pax brodova, projekti jahti i projekti off shore brodova. Što se tiče remonta, prošle godine na remontu je bilo 76 brodova, a godinu prije samo 22. Prošle godine u funkciju je stavljen manji dok namijenjen za servisiranje i remont jahti do 800 tona. Na mjesto starog doka kojem je istekla dozvola stavljen je novi. Vađenje brodova do 600 tona omogućavaju travel liftovi i hidraulička kolica. Marina Trogir napravljena je kvalitetno, do sada je investirano oko 23 milijuna eura. Vezovi su popunjeni, a izazov predstavlja punjenje brodova na suhom vezu. Prihod namjeravaju imati od veza u moru, suhog veza te usluge servisa. Rok za proces restrukturiranja je ožujak 2018., napravljeno je puno stvari, ima puno planova, a da bi se opstalo treba ulagati u tehnologiju, inovacije i ljude. Prošlu godinu Brodotrogir je završio s 30 posto većim prihodom u odnosu na godinu ranije. Trenutno na prostoru brodogradilišta radi 1150 radnika, a traži se i više radnika različitih profila, a nastoji se investirati u edukaciju radnika. Stalan problem brodogradnje je financiranje, HBOR je ključan u tom procesu i bez banaka nemoguće je financirati proizvodnju. Što se tiče uspjeha Hrvatske brodogradnje, najvažniji je inovativan proizvod koji drugi nemaju jer to pruža određenu zaštitu i sigurnost. Dobit nije dovoljno jamstvo za uspjeh, potrebno je imati inovacije za nove izazove, izjavio je Nenad Končar.
Što se tiče projekta Sveta Katarina – Monumenti, novost je da je koncesija koju je dobila Kermas Istra produžena za još dvije godine i nastavlja se s projektom.
Adriadiesel je proizvođač diesel generatora i energetskih postrojenja, a proizvode se i generatori za nuklearne centrale. Trenutno posluje pozitivno ali razvojem tehnologija, edukacijama i inovacijama treba se osposobiti i za moguće poremećaje na tržištu.
Kermas energija planira uložiti do 30 milijuna eura u podizanje kvalitete usluge Hotela Medena. Prihod je podignut za 40 posto od početka upravljanja hotelom, a razina usluge će se podignuti na tri plus zvjezdice. Izrađena su tri projekta a čitav tim analizira što se najviše isplati.
