[:en]22nd Symposium Theory and Practice of Shipbuilding – Sorta 2016 started on Thursday, 6th of October at the Hotel Medena. President of the permanent board Josko Parunov welcomed the participants, while Dragan Sorić on behalf of the organizer expressed his gratitude everyone who participated in the organization. On behalf of the host participants were addressed by Nenad Koncar, President of the Board of Brodotrogir, Zvonimir Guzović, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Naval Architecture, Academician Ivo Senjanović on behalf of HAZU, Sinisa Ostojic, director of the Croatian shipbuilding Jadranbrod, Marinko Brgić and Tomislav Debeljak, representatives of the shipyards. Academic sculptor William Halbarth made sure that with his installations hotel Medena takes the characteristics of the shipyard. This event has been held for the 22nd time, over 40 years, which proves the strength, ability, will, fight on the market, adopting new technologies … The mayor of the city of Trogir pointed that without this industry Trogir wouldn`t be the same. The symposium has over time grown into the most important meetings of shipbuilding, in the work participate many scientists and experts who will present their achievements related to the design and shipbuilding and maritime objects.[:hr]Simpozij Teorija i praksa brodogradnje – SORTA 2016. započeo je u četvrtak 06. listopada u Hotelu Medena. Predsjednig stalnog odbora Joško Parunov pozdravio je prisutne, a Dragan Sorić se u ime organizatora zahvalio svima koji su sudjelovali u organizaciji. U ime domaćina skupa prisutnima su se obratili Nenad Končar, predsjednik Uprave Brodotrogira, Zvonimir Guzović, dekan Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje, akademik Ivo Senjanović u ime HAZU-a, Siniša Ostojić, direktor Hrvatske brodogradnje Jadranbrod, te Marinko Brgić i Tomislav Debeljak, predstavnici brodogradilišta. Akademski kipar Vilim Halbarth pobrinio se da svojim instalacijama hotel Medena poprimi obilježja škvera. Ovaj skup održava se već 22. put, odnosno preko 40 godina, što dokazuje snagu, sposobnost, volju, borbu na tržištu, usvajanje novih tehnologija… Dogradonačelnik grada Trogira istaknuo je da bez ove gospodarske grane ni grad Trogir ne bi bio isti. Simpozij je tijekom vremena prerastao u najznačajniji skup brodogradnje, a u radu sudjeluju mnogi znanstvenici i stručnjaci koji će prikazati svoja dostignuća vezana uz projektiranje i gradnju brodova i pomorskih objekata.
[:de]Symposium Theorie und Praxis der Schiffbau – Sorta 2016 begann am Donnerstag 6. Oktober im Hotel Medena. Präsident des permanent Vorstand Josko Parunov begrüßte die Teilnehmer, während Dragan Sorić im Namen des Veranstalters dankte allen, die an der Organisation beteiligt. Im Namen der Host den Teilnehmer wurden Nenad Koncar, Präsident des Verwaltungsrates der Brodotrogir, Zvonimir Guzović, Dekan der Fakultät für Ingenieurwissenschaften und Schiffbau, Akademie Ivo Senjanović im Auftrag von HAZU, Sinisa Ostojic, Direktor des kroatischen Schiffbau Jadranbrod, Marinko Brgić und Tomislav Debeljak, Vertreter der Schiffswerften angesprochen. Akademischer Bildhauer William Halbarth sorgte dafür, dass mit seinen Installationen Hotel Medena nimmt die Eigenschaften der Schiffswerft. Dieses Ereignis wurde zum 22. Mal, über 40 Jahre gehalten, beweist die Stärke, die Fähigkeit, Kampf auf dem Markt, der Einführung neuer Technologien … Der Bürgermeister der Stadt Trogir erklärt dass ohne diese Industrie Trogir würde nicht die gleiche sein. Das Symposium im Lauf der Zeit hat sich zu den wichtigsten Treffen der Schiffbau gewachsen, in der Arbeit vieler Wissenschaftler und Experten teilnehmen, die ihre Erfolge im Zusammenhang mit dem Design und Schiffbau und maritime Objekte präsentieren.
