[:en]Have breakfast and get ready for an adventure on nature. We start our tour from Hotel Medena where our guide will be waiting for you. He will explain everything and give you the equipment you need. We make our way up to the hill of Seget Gornji with a mini-van where you have your first stop. From there you have a gorgeous panoramic view of the Trogir and the surrounding places.
We continue our way from Seget Gornji to Bristivica up to Blizna donja where we will visit a village and have a rest in one of the olive groves. Relax with sandwiches and water.
After that you continue the way to Mitlo, Rastovac all the way to Dograde, beautiful lanscape, farms etc. The road that takes you there is the best biking road in this area. The road gives you a great view through the whole way. There are a few stopping points where you can collect your energy in the amazing natural surroundings.
In Marina we have a big brake where you can swim if the water temperature is suitable for you or just relax. After your rest we make our way back to Hotel Medena with a mini-van

USEFUL TIPS
Beside a camera here are few items you may need to make your time on the excursion the best of all: Sportswear, bathing suite, suncream, sunglasses, towel, comfortable walking shoes or sandals, additional clothes for change. After summer time we recommend to bring also a warm sweater and to wear closed comfortable shoes.

On će vam sve objasniti i dati vam opremu koja vam je potrebna. Uputiti ćemo se prema brdu u Segetu Gornjem s mini-kombijem gdje ćemo se zaustaviti. Od tamo imate predivan panoramski pogled na Trogir i okolna mjesta.
Nastavljamo put od Segeta Gornjeg prema Bristivici i Blizni Donjoj, gdje ćemo posjetiti selo i odmoriti u jednom od maslinika. Opustite se uz sendviče i vodu.
Nakon toga nastavljmo put prema Mitlu, Rastovcu sve do Dograda, te proći kroz lijepi predio, farme i sl. Cesta koja vas vodi do tamo je najbolja biciklistička cesta na ovom području. Cesta vam daje predivan pogled cijelim putem. Postoji nekoliko stajalištima gdje možete prikupiti energiju u čudesnom prirodnom okruženju.
U Marini imamo veliku pauzu, gdje možete plivati, ako je temperatura vode je pogodna za vas ili se samo opustiti. Nakon vašeg odmora nastavljamo svoj put natrag u hotel Medenu s mini-kombijem.

Ein Mini-Kombi fährt uns auf den Berg in Seget Gornji, wo wir haltmachen. Dort können Sie eine wunderschöne Panoramaaussicht über Trogir und die umliegenden Orte genießen.
Wir setzen von Seget Gornji nach Bristivica und Blizna Donja fort, wo wird das Dorf besuchen und uns in einem Olivenhain ausruhen. Entspannen Sie sich, essen Sie die Sandwiches und trinken Sie Wasser.
Danach setzten wir unsere Reise nach Mitlo, Rastovac und Dograde fort, durch eine hübsche Gegend mit Gutshöfen und Ähnlichem. Die Straße, die Sie dorthin führt, ist der beste Radweg in dieser Gegend. Die Aussicht ist prächtig den ganzen Weg entlang. Es gibt mehrere Halteplätze, wo Sie im wunderbaren Naturumfeld ihre Batterien wieder aufladen können.
In Marina machen wir eine große Pause, während deren Sie, wenn Sie die Wassertemperatur angenehm finden, schwimmen oder sich einfach entspannen können. Nachdem Sie sich erholt haben, setzen wir die Reise nach dem Hotel Medena mit dem Mini-Kombi fort.
