[:en]Adria Hotel Forum (AHF), one of the leading hotel and investment conferences in Europe will be held for the fifth time on the theme INVESTments in hotel industry: DEVELOPMENT AND BEYOND. At the conference participate global investors and vice presidents of development for Europe’s largest hotel management companies. Patrick Fitzgibbon (Hilton Worldwide) and Max Cergneux (Choice Hotels), and sector leader of hotels and resorts development Marc Finney (Colliers International) will give a review of events in the last few years and predictions for further development of the hotel industry. On the possibilities and barriers when investing in the hotel industry, will speak investors Keith Evans (Starwood Capital), Frank Reul (Orbis) and Giannis Markogiannis (Stathis Group – Aman Resort). Development of infrastructure is an important segment of tourism development, and on this topic come Ivan Oreč from Eurowings and Margaret McNeil from Edinburgh Tourism Action Group, with them will be discussed how to boost air connectivity of Croatia. This year, AHF has more than 50 panelists, and come to get acquainted with investment opportunities and present examples from practice. At this year Forum will be discussed about guidelines for the development that Croatia and countries in the region need to implement.

Adria Hotel Forum (AHF), jedna od vodećih hotelsko-investicijskih konferencija u Europi održava se po peti put na temu INVESTments in hotel industry: DEVELOPMENT AND BEYOND. Na konferenciji gostuju globalni investitori i potpredsjednici razvoja za Europu najvećih hotelskih manadžment kompanija. Patrick Fitzgibbon (Hilton Worldwide) i Max Cergneux (Choice Hotels), te voditelj sektora razvoja hotela i resorta Marc Finney (Colliers International) dati će osvrt događanja u posljednjih nekoliko godina i predviđanja daljnjeg razvoja hotelske industrije. Na mogućnosti i prepreke pri investiranju u hotelsku industriju, osvrnut će se investitori Keith Evans (Starwood Capital), Frank Reul (Orbis) te Giannis Markogiannis (Stathis Group – Aman Resort). Auf der Konferenz teilnehmen globale Investoren und Vizepräsidenten der Entwicklung für Europas größte Hotel Management Unternehmen. Patrick Fitzgibbon (Hilton Worldwide), Max Cergneux (Choice Hotels) und Leiter der Entwicklung des Hotels und Resorts Marc Finney (Colliers International) wird einen Überblick über Ereignisse in den letzten Jahren und Prognosen für die weitere Entwicklung der Hotellerie geben. Auf die Möglichkeiten und Barrieren bei der Investition in der Hotelbranche, werden die Investoren Keith Evans (Starwood Capital), Frank Reul (Orbis) und Giannis Markogiannis (Stathis Group – Aman Resort) sprechen.
