[:en]The tender for the project “Start something your” was open until 12th of December, individuals or microenterprises were able to apply on it. The project is intended for start-ups and promotes projects with positive social influence. The program was launched by the ACT group, consortium consisting of eight social enterprises that social entrepreneurship develops in the areas of green economy and social services. ACT Group currently employs 45 persons of which 44% are disadvantaged persons. Head of Marketing Group Igor Roginek pointed out that in Croatia there is a lack of financial support for starting jobs and lower investments for the development of business models of existing entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs beginners. The beneficiary can be a company based in Croatia, which is one of the microenterprises according to criteria of the European Commission. Project activities have to be implemented in Croatia on whose territory the project must have an influence.
Results of the contest will be published on 28th of February 2017., while the beginning of the project is planned for 1st April. A special feature of this program is focus on innovation that will have a social and / or environmental influence. ACT Group aims to measure the social impact of each project and make for it a free report on the social impact ie. to calculate the social return on investment (Social Return of Investment).
For co-financing of the project is provided 400,000 kuna, projects that apply may be the maximum value to 100,000 kuna and the ACT group co-finance projects in the amount of 80%. It is important to mention that in the last few years has developed considerable number of successful business models thanks to the entrepreneurial incubators, hubs, coworking spaces and investors. Considering that in these times of crisis economy cries out for professionals who possess technical and professional knowledge, ACT group has developed a School for Social economy or institution for adult education.
[:hr]Natječaj za projekt „Pokreni nešto svoje“ bio je otvoren do 12. Prosinca, a na njega su se mogla prijaviti fizičke osobe ili mikropoduzeća. Projekt je namijenjen poduzetnicima početnicima te potiče projekte s pozitivnim društvenim utjecajem. Program je pokrenula ACT grupa odnosno konzorcij kojeg čine osam društvenih poduzeća koji društveno poduzetništvo razvija u područjima zelene ekonomije i socijalnih usluga. ACT grupa trenutno zapošljava 45 osoba od čega 44% čine osobe u nepovoljnom položaju. Voditelj marketinga grupe Igor Roginek istaknuo je kako u Hrvatskoj postoji manjak financijske podrške za pokretanje poslova te manjih investicija za razvoj poslovnih modela postojećih poduzetnika i poduzetnika početnika. Korisnik potpore može biti poduzeće sa sjedištem u Hrvatskoj koja spada u mikropoduzeća prema kriterijima Europske komisije. Aktivnosti projekta moraju biti provedene u Hrvatskoj na čijem području projekt mora imati i utjecaj.
Rezultati natječaja biti će objavljeni 28. veljače 2017. Godine dok je početak provedbe projekta planiran za 1.travnja. Posebnost ovog programa je naglasak na inovaciji koja će imati društveni i/ili okolišni utjecaj. ACT grupa će stoga izmjeriti društveni utjecaj svakog projekta i za njega besplatno izraditi izvještaj o društvenom utjecaju tj. Izračunati društveni povrat na investiciju (Social Return of Investment).
Za sufinanciranje projekta osigurano je 400 000 kuna, projekti koje se prijavljuju mogu biti maksimalne vrijednosti do 100 000 kuna a ACT grupa sufinancira projekte u iznosu od 80%. Za spomenuti je da se u posljednjih nekoliko godina razvio popriličan broj uspješnih poslovnih modela zahvaljujući poduzetničkim inkubatorima , hubovima, coworking prostorima i investitorima. S obzirom na to da u ovim kriznim vremenima gospodarstvo vapi za stručnjacima koji posjeduju tehnička i specijalistička znanja, ACT grupa je razvila Učilište za društvenu ekonomiju odnosno ustanovu za obrazovanje odraslih.
[:de]Die Ausschreibung für das Projekt “Starten sie etwas ihren” war bis zum 12. Dezember geöffnet, Einzelpersonen oder Kleinstbetriebe konnten sich darauf bewerben. Das Projekt ist für Start-ups beabsichtigt und fördert Projekte mit positivem gesellschaftlichen Einfluss. Das Programm hat der ACT-Gruppe gestartet, Konsortium, bestehend aus acht sozialen Unternehmen, die soziale Entrepreneurship entwickelt in den Bereichen der grünen Wirtschaft und soziale Dienste. ACT-Gruppe beschäftigt derzeit 45 Personen, davon 44% benachteiligte Personen sind. Der Leiter der Marketing-Gruppe Igor Roginek wies darauf hin, dass in Kroatien gibt es einen Mangel an finanziellen Unterstützung für Arbeitsplätze und niedrigere Investitionen für die Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen der bestehenden Unternehmer und Unternehmer Anfänger. Der Begünstigte kann ein Unternehmen in Kroatien sein, die eine der Mikro-Unternehmen nach den Kriterien der Europäischen Kommission ist. Die Projektaktivitäten müssen in Kroatien umgesetzt werden, auf dessen Territorium das Projekt Einfluss haben muss.
Die Ergebnisse des Wettbewerbs werden am 28. Februar 2017 veröffentlicht, während der Projektbeginn am 1. April geplant ist. Eine Besonderheit dieses Programms ist der Fokus auf Innovation, die einen sozialen und / oder ökologischen Einfluss haben wird. Die ACT-Gruppe zielt darauf ab, die sozialen Auswirkungen jedes Projekts zu messen und dafür einen kostenlosen Bericht über die sozialen Auswirkungen vorzulegen, um die soziale Rentabilität zu berechnen (Social Return of Investment).
Für die Kofinanzierung des Projekts ist 400.000 Kuna zur Verfügung gestellt, die Projekten können den Höchstwert für 100.000 Kuna sein, und die ACT-Gruppe kofinanziert die Projekten in Höhe von 80%. Zu erwähnen ist, dass in den letzten Jahren eine ganze Reihe von erfolgreichen Geschäftsmodelle dank der unternehmerischen Inkubatoren, Hubs, Coworking Räume und Investoren entwickelt. In Anbetracht, dass in diesen Zeiten der Krise der Wirtschaft schreit für Fachleute, die über technische und berufliche Kenntnisse verfügen, ACT-Gruppe hat eine Schule für Sozialwirtschaft oder Institution für Erwachsenenbildung entwickelt.[:]
