[:en]The most interesting innovation in the field of sports and football, but also in general, is a trainer’s diary, which was invented by Damir Gojmerac from the company Plusculus. It is one extensive projectwhich is designed as an aid management team, detailed analytics and management of the club. This is software that coach at any time provides an insight into the state of his players, organization of training, analysis of matches, scouting and guidance of youth schools. The program is intended for small clubs to the teams where are hundreds of children and about ten coaches and experts. Everything is in one piece and everyone can control own territory. In the preparation of match, in an interactive and easy way each player can have a look at the coach’s ideas through tactical animation, comparing the opponents by positions, video analysis of opponents (on the tablet). Older coaches at first could not embrace the idea but when they saw what can be done on a computer, they couldn`t separate from it. Our Football Academy has included this program as an aid of work.
Damir Gojmerac, with Mate Prskalo and Marko Loza are working daily to improve the program. Coach’s diary over a long period can follow all the developmental characteristics of players, and enables analysis with the players one to one.
The point of this story, as inventors pointed out, is that coaches and players quickly affirm, and at the time of leaving the coach to another team, he leaves behind the statistics and records on the state of the club and the team.
[:hr]Najzanimljivija inovacija na području sporta odnosno nogometa, ali i općenito, je Trenerov dnevnik kojeg je izumio Damir Gojmerac iz tvrtke Plusculus. Radi se o jednom opsežnom projektu koji je zamišljen kao pomoćno sredstvo vođenja momčadi, detaljnu analitiku i vođenje kluba. To je softver koji treneru u svakom trenutku omogućava uvid u stanje njegovih igrača, organizaciju treninga, analizu utakmica, skauting, te vođenje omladinskih škola. Program je namijenjen malim klubovima do momčadi gdje su stotine djece i deseci trenera i stručnih timova. Sve je u jednoj cjelini a svatko može nadzirati svoje područje. U pripremi utakmice, na interaktivan i jednostavan način svaki pojedini igrač može imati uvid u trenerove zamisli putem taktičnih animacija, usporedbe protivnika po pozicijama, videoanaliza protivnika (na tabletu). Stariji treneri u početku nisu prigrlili ovu ideju no kad su vidjeli što se sve može na računalu, nisu se od njega mogli odvojiti. Naša Nogometna akademija uvrstila je ovaj program kao pomoćno sredstvo rada.
Damir Gojmerac, uz Matu Prskala i Marka Lozu svakodnevno radi na poboljšanju programa. Trenerov dnevnik kroz dulji period može pratiti sve razvojne karakteristike igrača, a omogućava i analizu s igračima jedan na jedan.
Poanta ove priče, kako ističu inovatori, jest da se treneri i igrači brže afirmiraju, te u trenutku odlaska trenera u neki drugi klub, on za sobom ostavlja statistiku i evidenciju o stanju kluba i momčadi.

Es ist ein umfangreiches Projekt, das als Hilfsmittel der Führungsteam, detaillierte Analytik und Management des Clubs konzipiert ist. Das ist Software, die Trainer zu jeder Zeit bietet einen Einblick in den Zustand seiner Spieler, Organisation der Ausbildung, Analyse von Streichhölzern, Pfadfinder und Führung von Jugendschulen. Das Programm ist für kleine Clubs für die Teams, wo Hunderte von Kindern und etwa zehn Trainer und Experten sind. Alles ist in einem Stück und jeder kann sein eigenes Territorium kontrollieren. In der Vorbereitung des Spiels, in einer interaktiven und einfachen Weise kann jeder Spieler einen Blick auf die Ideen des Trainer durch taktische Animation, Vergleich der Gegner durch Positionen, Video-Analyse von Gegnern (auf dem Tablett) haben. Ältere Trainer konnten anfangs die Idee nicht umarmen, aber als sie sehen, was auf einem Computer getan werden kann, könnten sie sich nicht von ihr trennen. Unsere Football Academy hat dieses Programm als Hilfsmittel der Arbeit aufgenommen.
Damir Gojmerac, mit Mate Prskalo und Marko Loza arbeiten täglich, um das Programm zu verbessern. Coach’s Tagebuch über einen langen Zeitraum können alle Entwicklungsmerkmale der Spieler zu folgen, und ermöglicht die Analyse mit den Spielern eins zu eins.
