[:en]The best business idea of the year comes from Vladimir Gortan Secondary School in Buje. Third-form students have developed an idea concerning a “black box” for cars. They won first prize in the only Croatian business plan competition entitled “Achieving Business Success through New Technologies”.
The idea is focussed on a mobile phone application which “detects” the accident and automatically sends data on its location to the 112 call centre. In addition, in the event of an accident, a camera automatically switches on and starts recording, in order to enable the emergency crew an immediate insight into the accident and automatically provide them with data on the person from whose mobile phone the call was made. The system works on the principle of detecting the running of a vehicle off the road and the opening of air bags.
Their goal is to reduce the death toll in traffic accidents, since many have died because nobody had seen the accidents and, consequently, the emergency services failed to arrive at the accident location in time. Considering that this is a mobile phone application which has to be mounted onto a mobile phone holder, should the mobile phone break, the holder will activate a wireless area with a distress signal which will be detected by every smartphone or police vehicle in the vicinity[:hr]Poslovna ideja godine dolazi iz osnovne škole „Vladimira Gortana“ iz Buja. Učenici trećeg razreda osmislili su ideju o „crnoj kutiji“ za automobile. Pobjedu su odnijeli na jedinom hrvatskom biznis plan natjecanju „Novim tehnologijama do poslovnog uspjeha“.
Ideja je zamišljena na način da se na mobitelu nalazi aplikacija koja „prepoznaje“ nesreću i automatski šalje podatke o lokaciji u pozivni centar 112. Osim toga, prilikom nesreće, automatski bi se uključila kamera koja bi počela snimati, kako bi prva pomoć odmah dobila uvid u nesreću te bi automatski imali i podatke o osobi s čijeg mobitela je poziv upućen. Sustavi radi na principu da prepoznaje slijetanje sa ceste i otvaranje zračnih jastuka.
Njihov cilj je smanjiti broj poginulih u prometnim nesrećama, pošto su mnogi poginuli zato što nitko nije vidio nesreću, iz tog razloga službe nisu stizale na vrijeme na mjesto nesreće. S obzirom da se radi o aplikaciji na mobitelu koji mora biti pričvršćen na nosač za mobitel, u slučaju da se mobitel razbije u nosaču će se pokrenuti wireless područje s pozivom u pomoć koji će očitati svaki pametni telefon u blizini ili policijsko vozilo.[:de]Die Geschäftsidee des Jahres kommt aus der Sekundarschule “Vladimir Gortan” aus Buje. Die Schüler der dritten Klasse haben die Idee über eine “Blackbox” für Autos erarbeitet. Sie haben bei dem einzigen kroatischen Businessplan-Wettbewerb “Neue Technologien für Geschäftserfolg” gewonnen.
Die Idee wurde so gedacht, dass am Mobiltelefon sich eine Anwendung befindet, welche den Unfall erkennt und die Daten über die Position automatisch dem Rufzentrum 112 schickt. Außerdem, würde bei einem Unfall die Kamera automatisch einschalten und aufzunehmen beginnen, um den Rettungsdienst sofort die Einsicht in den Unfall zu geben und damit sie automatisch die Daten über die Person haben, von deren Mobiltelefon der Ruf gerichten wurde. Das System arbeitet an dem Prinzip, dass es erkennt, wenn das Fahrzeug von der Straße abgekommen ist und die Luftkissen geöffnet wurden.
Ihr Ziel ist es, die Anzahl der Verkehrstote zu verringern, denn viele haben ihr Leben verloren, weil niemand den Unfall gesehen hat und daher die Dienste nicht rechtzeitig den Unfallplatz erreicht haben. Da es sich um eine Anwendung für das Mobiltelefon handelt, das auf einem Träger befestigt werden muss, wird im Träger, im Falle, dass das Mobiltelefon zerbricht, ein wireless Gebiet mit einem Hilferuf eingeschaltet, den jeder Smartphone in der Nähe oder Polizeifahrzeug ablesen kann.[:]
