[:en]The Medena hotel has recently ended its three-year-long pre-bankruptcy settlement and been transferred into private ownership of the partner company Kermas Energy owned by Danko Koncar. The privatization model has finally been found and the former flagship of Dalmatian tourism, after 50 years of state ownership and the long post-war period, is starting the process of restoring the former glory it deserves.
650 rooms on an attractive location close to Trogir becomes the ownership of the largest entrepreneur in the Trogir area, which has announced a major investment of 30 million euros in the renovation of the hotel. It has not yet been decided whether this would be a thorough reconstruction and renovation of the existing buildings, or a new hotel would be constructed, but the result will certainly be a modern and high quality hotel, with at least 4 stars.
Joining Koncar and Kermas Energy in the Medena hotel, in the words of Eduard Andić, President of the Trade Union of Tourism and Services of Croatia, is not only the best, but currently the only solution that guarantees the new business rise of the Medena hotel.
Andić states that the Union has been cooperating well with Mr. Končar, through its branch at the Medena hotel, and is confident that Končar’s business policy, as well as the investments announced, are going to raise the hotel back to the high level where it was. He believes that all factors, beginning from the beautiful location, guarantee business success to the hotel, and that the new owner will know how to use this, for the purpose of better positioning in the market. 650 soba na atraktivnoj lokaciji tik do Trogira postaje vlasništvo najvećeg poduzetnika na trogirskom području, koji je najavio veliko ulaganje, od 30 milijuna eura, u obnovu hotela. Hoće li se raditi temeljita rekonstrukcija i obnova postojećeg zdanja ili će se ići u gradnju novog hotela, još nije odlučeno, međutim, sigurno je da će rezultat biti moderan i visokokvalitetan hotel s najmanje 4 zvjezdice.
Prema riječima predsjednika Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske, Eduarda Andića, ulazak Končara i Kermas energije u Hotel Medena ne samo da je najbolje, nego je trenutno i jedino rješenje koje jamči ponovni poslovni uzlet Medene.
Andić navodi da Sindikat dobro surađuje s gospodinom Končarom preko sindikalne podružnice u Hotelu Medena te da je uvjeren kako će Končarova poslovna politika, kao i ulaganja koja je najavio, podići hotel na visoku razinu na kojoj je i bio. Smatra da svi čimbenici, počevši od prekrasne lokacije, garantiraju poslovni uspjeh Medene, te da će novi vlasnik znati to upotrijebiti u svrhu što boljeg pozicioniranja na tržištu. Andić ne sumnja u Končarevo obećanje o novim ulaganjima jer je slično obećanje ispunjeno u marini u Trogiru, koja će s hotelom činiti jedinstven “turistički paket” visoke kategorije.[:de]Vor kurzem wurde das drei Jahre lange Insolvenzverfahren des Hotels Medena abgeschlossen und das Hotel ist jetzt im Privatbesitz des Partnerunternehmens Kermas Energija von Danko Končar. 650 Zimmer auf einer attraktiven Lage in der Nähe von Trogir sind jetzt das Eigentum des größten Unternehmers auf dem Gebiet von Trogir, der eine große Investition von 30 Millionen Euro in die Rekonstruktion des Hotels angekündigt hat. Es wurde noch nicht entschieden ob das bestehende Gebäude gründlich rekonstruiert und renoviert wird oder ob ein neues Hotel gebaut wird, aber es ist sicher, dass das Ergebnis ein modernes und hochwertiges Hotel mit mindestens 4 Sternen sein wird.
Der Eintritt von Končar und Kermas Energija in das Hotel Medena je, ist, in den Worten des Präsidenten der Gewerkschaft für Tourismus und Dienstleistungen Kroatiens Eduard Andić, nicht nur die beste, sondern derzeit die einzige Lösung, die einen erneuten Geschäftserfolg des Hotels Medena gewährleistet.
Andić sagt, dass die Gewerkschaft gut mit dem Herrn Končar zusammenarbeitet, durch die Gewerkschaftsabteilung im Hotel Medena und, dass er zuversichtlich ist, dass Končars Geschäftspolitik und die Investitionen, die er angekündigt hat, das Hotel wieder auf ein hohes Niveau bringen wird. Er glaubt, dass alle Faktoren, beginnend mit der wunderschönen Lage, den Geschäftserfolg des Hotels Medena gewährleisten, und, dass der neue Eigentümer diese zum Zwecke der besseren Positionierung am Markt nutzen wissen wird. Andić hat keine Zweifel, dass Končar die versprochenen Investitionen investieren wird, da er ein ähnliches Versprechen in der Marina Trogir erfüllte. Diese Marina wird zusammen mit dem Hotel ein einzigartiges Reisepaket der höchsten Kategorie bilden.
