Differences around us are the main motivation for the creation of something new. Incentive introduction to Innovation Day held on 7th of October in the premises of Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagreb, was a talk show led by famous writer Bruno Šimleša, and his guests director Oliver Frljić, Darko Galičić, Nikolina Šustić-Stanković, Vanja Radovanović and Dinko Vuković. The main topics were how to live a parallel life in the SF novel and thereby win a prize, as the physical limit of the weight turn into the flywheel, which comes to a man that with his own child speak in Esperanto and other interesting discussions.
The excellence of ideas and their authors, difference of themes were reflected in the the choice of content. Thirteen points are grouped in four thematic areas dedicated to the Internet of things, our portfolio in the field of industry and society with a focus on e-health, the solutions in the telecom segment and the theme of use “Big data”.
The creative team from the Ericsson Nikola Tesla presented the application for financial monitoring and project management.
A special note to the innovation day gave charity prize contest where employees by visiting thematic sections on pre-prepared coupons collected stamps, for those who need it most. For each completed ticket, the company will donate funds sufficient for one week nutritition of the homeless to the soup kitchen in your neighborhood. The results of the campaign will be known at the end of the year after the second round of humanitarian action, which will take place in Split, but it is already known that this is thousands of meals.
Three happiest participants of the Innovation day won three sweet surprises and three cakes.
The event has once again demonstrated professional breadth of interests and activities of company employees with developed social responsibility and solidarity for citizens of threatened existence.

Različitosti koje nas okružuju glavna su motivacija za stvaranje nečeg novog. Poticajni uvod Inovacijskom danu održanom 7. listopada u prostorima Ericssona Nikole Tesle u Zagrebu, bio je talk-show kojeg je vodio poznati književnik Bruno Šimleša, te njegovi gosti redatelj Oliver Frljić, Darko Galičić, Nikolina Šustić-Stanković, Vanja Radovanović i Dinko Vuković. Glavne teme bile su kako živjeti paralelan život u SF romanu i prtim osvojiti nagradu, kako fizičko ograničenje iz utega pretvoriti u zamašnjak, što dođe čovjeku da s vlastitim djetetom razgovara na esperantu i ostale zanimljive diskusije.
Izvrsnost ideja i njihovih autora te različitost tema ogledali su se i u izboru sadržaja. Trinaest točaka grupirano je u 4 tematska područja posvećena internetu stvari, našem portfelju u segmentu industrije i društva s naglaskom na e-zdravstvo, rješenjima u telekom segmentu te temi korištenja «Big data».
Kreativan tim iz Ericsson Nikola Tesla predstavili su aplikacije za financijsko praćenje i upravljanje projektima.
Posebnu notu inovacijskom danu dala je humanitarna nagradna igra gdje su zaposlenici obilaskom tematskih cjelina na unaprijed pripremljene kupone skupljali žigove, za one kojima je pomoć najpotrebnija. Za svaki popunjeni listić kompanija će pučkoj kuhinji u svom susjedstvu donirati sredstva dostatna za tjednu prehranu jednog beskućnika. Rezultati akcije znat će se krajem godine nakon druge runde humanitarne akcije koja će se održati u Splitu, no već sad je jasno da se radi o tisućama obroka.
Troje najsretnijih sudionika Inovacijskog dana osvojilo je tri slatka iznenađenja odnosno tri torte.
Događanje je još jednom pokazalo profesionalnu širinu interesa i djelovanja zaposlenika tvrtke uz razvijenu društvenu odgovornost i solidarnost prema sugrađanima ugrožene egzistencije.

Unterschiede die uns umgebenden, sind die Hauptmotivation für die Schaffung von etwas Neuem. Incentive Einführung in Innovationstag, die am 7. Oktober in den Räumlichkeiten von Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagrebstattgefunden ist, war eine Talkshow unter Leitung den berühmten Schriftsteller Bruno Šimleša, und seine Gäste Regisseur Oliver Frljić, Darko Galičić, Niko Šustić-Stanković, Vanja Radovanović und Dinko Vuković. Die wichtigsten Themen waren, wie man ein paralleles Leben in der SF-Roman eben und damit einen Preis zu gewinnen, wie die physische Grenze des Gewichts wiederum in das Schwungrad, die zu einem Mann kommt, dass mit seinem eigenen Kind in Esperanto und andere interessante Diskussionen sprechen.
Die Exzellenz der Ideen und ihrer Autoren, Differenz der Themen spiegelt sich in der Wahl des Inhalts. Dreizehn Punkte sind in vier Themenbereiche mit dem Internet der Dinge gewidmet gruppiert, unser Portfolio im Bereich der Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft mit Fokus auf E-Health, die Lösungen im Telekom-Segment und die Verwendung dieser “Big Data”.
Das kreative Team von Ericsson Nikola Tesla präsentiert die Anwendung für die finanzielle Überwachung und Projektmanagement .
Eine besondere Note für den Innovationstag gab humanitäre Gewinnspiel, wo Mitarbeiter durch den Besuch thematische Abschnitte über vorbereitete Coupons gesammelten Briefmarken, für diejenigen, die es am meisten brauchen. Für jede abgeschlossene Ticket wird das Unternehmen Mittel ausreichend für eine Woche nutritition der Obdachlosen in die Suppenküche in Ihrer Nähe zu spenden. Die Ergebnisse der Kampagne wird am Ende des Jahres nach der zweiten Runde der humanitären Aktion bekannt, die in Split stattfinden wird, aber es ist schon klar, dass diese Tausende von Mahlzeiten ist.
Drei glücklichste Teilnehmer des Innovationstages haben drei süße Überraschungen und drei Kuchen gewonnen.
Die Veranstaltung hat wieder einmal professionelle Breite der Interessen und Aktivitäten der Mitarbeitern mit entwickelten sozialen Verantwortung und Solidarität für die Bürger der bedrohten Existenz gezeigt.
