[:en]The idea to design a device that would enable the handling of cable reels (reels on which electric cables are wound) or facilitate their loading and unloading, came to Zvonko Banić from the Bilice Power Plant in Šibenik. Working as a maintenance machinist, he sought a way to facilitate the handling of with this heavy cargo, and back in 1996 invented a device that is inserted into the reel and attached to a crane. Reliable, strong, flexible and easy to use, it made of steel and able to lift more than three tonnes. On his job, Zvonko Banić deals with the loading and unloading of cable reels from the trucks of HEP and cooperator companies, which activities have been made faster, easier and safer by his innovation.[:hr]Na ideju osmišljavanja naprave koja će mu omogućiti rukovanje kabelskim bubnjevima (bubnjevi na koje su namotani električni kablovi), odnosno olakšati njihov utovar i istovar, došao je Zvonko Banić iz Pogona Bilice Elektre Šibenik.
