The new collective contract increases the basic salary from 1800 to 5000 HRK gross amount. The fixed part of the salary is raised to 75 percent and variable decreases from 45 to 25 percent of what the employer remains smaller salary, which can be manipulated. The hourly rate would increase, the calculation per hour. The alternative of not signing the determination of salary by employment rules in which is not participating syndicate, and that is what the President of SMH wants to avoid. Also, SMH will not allow Uljanik group that in Pula and Rijeka employs 4200 workers remain without a Collective Contract. The struggle for increase of base lasts for 10 years, as well as the struggle to reduce the percentage of salary that is paid through stimulation.<\/p>\n<p>The current salary system is applied last twenty years and is upgraded specifically for stimulation of certain key professions. High stimulative part of 45 percent is paid for deficiency, presence at work and with it the are rewarded brigadiers and managers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:hr]Iz Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske (SMH) stigla je obavijest kako je kolektivno pregovaranje u Uljanik grupi prekinuto jer se potpisivanju tre\u0107eg aneksa Kolektivnog ugovora nisu odazvala tri sindikata: Jadranski, Sindikat Istre i Kvarnera i Sindikat 3.maja. Novim kolektivnim ugovorom pove\u0107ava se osnovna pla\u0107a s 1800 na 5000 kuna u bruto iznosu. Fiksni dio pla\u0107e podi\u017ee se na 75 posto a varijabilni smanjuje s 45 na 25 posto \u010dime poslodavcu ostaje manji dio pla\u0107e kojim mo\u017ee manipulirati. Uve\u0107ala bi se satnica, obra\u010dun po satu rada. Alternativa nepotpisivanju je odre\u0111ivanje pla\u0107e pravilnikom o radu u kojem ne sudjeluje sindikat, a to je ono \u0161to predsjednik SMH-e \u017eeli izbje\u0107i. Isto tako, SMH-e ne\u0107e dozvoliti da Uljanik grupa koja u Puli i rijeci zapo\u0161ljava 4200 radnika ostane bez Kolektivnog ugovora. Borba za pove\u0107anje osnovice traje 10 godina, kao i borba za smanjenje postotka pla\u0107e koji se ispla\u0107uje putem stimulacija.<\/p>\n<p>Sada\u0161nji sustav pla\u0107a primjenjuje se zadnjih dvadest godina i nadogra\u0111ivan je ciljano za stimuliranje odre\u0111enih klju\u010dnih zanimanja. Visoki stimulativni dio od 45 posto ispla\u0107uje se za deficitarnost, prisutnost na radu a njime s nagra\u0111uju brigadiri i poslovo\u0111e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:de]Von der kroatischen Metallarbeitergewerkschaft (SMH) kam eine Bekanntmachung, dass die Tarifverhandlungen in der Uljanik-Gruppe aufgeh\u00f6rt haben, weil die Unterzeichnung des dritten Anhangs des Kollektivvertrages nicht auf drei Gewerkschaften reagiert hat: die Adria, die Union von Istrien und Kvarner und die Union vom 3. Mai. Der neue Tarifvertrag erh\u00f6ht das Grundgehalt von 1.800 bis 5.000 HRK Bruttobetrag. Der feste Teil des Gehalts wird auf 75 Prozent angehoben und variabel von 45 auf 25 Prozent von dem, was der Arbeitgeber bleibt kleinere Gehalt, die manipuliert werden kann. Die Stundensatz w\u00fcrde steigen, die Berechnung pro Stunde. Die Alternative, die Ermittlung des Gehalts nach den Besch\u00e4ftigungsregeln nicht zu unterzeichnen, in denen es sich nicht um ein Syndikat handelt, und das ist es, was der Pr\u00e4sident von SMH vermeiden will. Auch SMH wird nicht zulassen, Uljanik Gruppe, die in Pula und Rijeka besch\u00e4ftigt 4200 Arbeiter bleiben ohne einen kollektiven Vertrag. Der Kampf um die Zunahme der Basis dauert f\u00fcr 10 Jahre, sowie der Kampf um den Prozentsatz des Gehalts zu reduzieren, das durch Stimulation bezahlt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das aktuelle Gehaltssystem wird in den letzten zwanzig Jahren angewendet und wird speziell f\u00fcr die Stimulierung bestimmter Hauptberufe erweitert.
