[:en]At the program of transnational cooperation INTERREG Central Europe, the town of \u0160ibenik has been successfully applied project “Rosie”. The aim of this project is through international cooperation improve skills and competencies of entrepreneurs and innovators. The project will strive to alleviate inequalities and improve technical and management competencies of employees in the private and public sector. Implementation of the project will last 36 months and for implementation of activities the town of Sibenik will be awarded by funds of 110,000 euros.<\/p>\n
Small and medium enterprises, that dominate in Central Europe, are faced with a lack of qualified workforce in relation to the demands posed by technological advancement and economic innovation. At the labor force market also influence demographic changes and negative demographic growth as well as the “brain drain”.<\/p>\n

[:hr]Na Programu transnacionalne suradnje INTERREG Sredi\u0161nja Europa, grad \u0160ibenik uspje\u0161no je aplicirao projekt \u201eRosie\u201c. Cilj ovog projekta je kroz me\u0111unarodnu suradnju pobolj\u0161ati vje\u0161tine i kompetencije poduzetnika i inovatora. Projektom \u0107e se nastojati ubla\u017eiti nejednakosti i pobolj\u0161ati tehni\u010dke i upravlja\u010dke kompetencije zaposlenih u privatnom i javnom sektoru. Provedba projekta trajat \u0107e 36 mjeseci a za provedbu aktivnosti gradu \u0160ibeniku \u0107e se dodijeliti sredstva od 110 000 eura.<\/p>\n
Mala i srednja poduze\u0107a, koja prevladavaju na podru\u010dju srednje Europe, suo\u010davaju se s nedostatkom kvalificirane radne snage u odnosu na zahtjeve koje postavlja tehnolo\u0161ki napredak i ekonomske inovacije. Na tr\u017ei\u0161te radne snage utje\u010du i demografske promjene odnosno negativan demografski rast kao i \u201eodljev mozgova\u201c.<\/p>\n
