[:en]Before the start of the tourist season, the town of Kraljevica can boast with a number of “only” 150 unemployed people which makes it one of the top 10 cities in Croatia by reducing employment. There are also Klanjec, Sveta Nedelja, Oroslavlje, Samobor, Zlatar, Vara\u017edin, Ludbreg, Pregrada, Kraljevica and Karlovac. Particularly interesting is that Kraljevica is the only coastal city from above mentioned. Soon the biggest problem will be the lack of qualified workers in the shipbuilding and construction.<\/p>\n
The mayor of Kraljevica Nada Turina \u0110uri\u0107 pointed out how proud she is, that Kraljevica is no longer mentioned as the city case as it was in 2013. when the shipyard from Kraljevica has entered into bankruptcy. Then, Turina \u0110uri\u0107 was elected for the mayor, and admits that at that time the city was in a situation when couldn`t be seen how much it will take to revive economic activity. Credit for recovery decaying Dalmont who took over the concession over the shipyard, Neograf, Kvarnerplastika, tourist companies and entrepreneurs. Results of reducing unemployment confirm positive trends, but due to the rapid bankruptcy procedure to the company Dalmont in 2014. is enabled that Dalmont start up business plans in the shipyard. In order to enable further development of the economy, it was initiated modification of Spatial Plan of Kraljevica that will allow new investments in the area of the shipyard as well as expansion of construction and tourist areas. Changing the plan includes also sewage project. There is also a completed project of reconstruction of the ambulance, that is the most expensive project started and completed in one mandate. A lot of people are credited for the realization, primarily citizens from whose tax burdens the object ist built.<\/p>\n
The following projects are the construction of the new center POS \u0160mriki, where builted flats will be for moving in within a year. Another project in the next mandate is decoration of the center Kraljevica (traffic, parking, green spaces), and a grip on the castle Frankopan that will include decoration of facades, environment, wine houses.<\/p>\n
[:hr]Prije po\u010detka turisti\u010dke sezone, grad Kraljevica mo\u017ee se pohvaliti s brojkom od \u201esamo\u201c 150 nezaposlenih osoba \u0161to ju \u010dini jednom od 10 najuspje\u0161nijih gradova u Hrvatskoj po smanjenju zaposlenosti. Tu se jo\u0161 nalaze i Klanjec, Sveta Nedjelja, Oroslavlje, Samobor, Zlatar, Vara\u017edin, Ludbreg, Pregrada, Kraljevica i Karlovac. Posebno zanimljivo jest da je Kraljevica jedini obalni grad od navedenih. Uskoro \u0107e najve\u0107i problem biti nedostatak kvalificiranih radnika u brodogradnji i gra\u0111evini.<\/p>\n
Gradona\u010delnica Kraljevice Nada Turina \u0110uri\u0107 naglasila je kako je ponosna \u0161to se Kraljevica vi\u0161e ne spominje kao grad slu\u010daj kao \u0161to je to bilo 2013. godine kada je kraljevi\u010dko brodogradili\u0161te u\u0161lo u ste\u010daj. Tada je Turina \u0110uri\u0107 izabrana za gradona\u010delnicu te priznaje da je tada grad bio u situaciji kada se nije naziralo koliko \u0107e vremena trebati da se o\u017eivi gospodarska djelatnost. Zasluge za oporavak propadaju Dalmontu koji je preuzeo koncesiju nad brodogradili\u0161tem, Neografu, Kvarnerplastici, turisti\u010dkim tvrtkama i poduzetnicima. Rezultati smanjenja nezaposlenosti potvr\u0111uju pozitivne trendove, a zahvaljuju\u0107i brzom ste\u010dajnom postupku na tvrtku Dalmont 2014. Godine omogu\u0107eno je da Dalmont pokrene poslovne planove u brodogradili\u0161tu. Iako to danas nije brodogradili\u0161te kakvo se pamti, trenutno zapo\u0161ljava oko 200 radnika i ugovara nove poslove.<\/p>\n
Kako bi se omogu\u0107io daljnji razvoj gospodarstva pokrenuta je izmjena Prostornog plana Kraljevice koji \u0107e omogu\u0107iti nova ulaganja na prostoru brodogradili\u0161ta ali i \u0161irenje gra\u0111evinskih i turisti\u010dkih podru\u010dja. Izmjena plana uklju\u010duje i projekt kanalizacije. Tu je i zavr\u0161en projekt rekonstrukcije ambulante, \u0161to je i najskuplji projekt zapo\u010det i zavr\u0161en u jednom mandatu. Za njegovu su realizaciju zaslu\u017eni mnogi, a prije svega gra\u0111ani iz \u010dijih se poreznih davanja objekt izgradio.<\/p>\n
Sljede\u0107i projekti su gradnja novog centra POS-a u \u0160mriki, gdje \u0107e izgra\u0111eni stanovi biti za useljenje u roku od godine dana. Jo\u0161 jedan projekt u sljede\u0107em mandatu je ure\u0111enje centra Kraljevice (promet, parkiranje, zelene povr\u0161ine), te zahvat na dvorcu Frankopan koji \u0107e uklju\u010divati ure\u0111ivanje fasada, okoli\u0161a, vinske ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n
[:de]Vor dem Beginn der touristischen Saison, die Stadt Kraljevica kann mit einer Reihe von \u201enur\u201c 150 arbeitslosen Menschen r\u00fchmt, die es zu einer der zehn besten St\u00e4dte in Kroatien machen, indem sie die Besch\u00e4ftigung reduzieren. Es gibt auch Klanjec, Sveta Nedelja, Oroslavlje, Samobor, Zlatar, Vara\u017edin, Ludbreg, Pregrada, Kraljevica und Karlovac. Besonders interessant ist, dass Kraljevica die einzige K\u00fcstenstadt von oben erw\u00e4hnt ist. Bald wird das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Problem der Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskr\u00e4ften im Schiffbau und Bau sein.<\/p>\n
Der B\u00fcrgermeister von Kraljevica Nada Turina \u0110uri\u0107 wies darauf hin, wie stolz sie ist, dass Kraljevica nicht mehr als Stadtfall erw\u00e4hnt wird, wie es im 2013 war, wenn die Werft aus Kraljevica in Konkurs gekommen ist. Dann wurde Turina \u0110uri\u0107 f\u00fcr den B\u00fcrgermeister gew\u00e4hlt und gibt zu, dass damals die Stadt in einer Situation war, in der nicht gesehen werden konnte, wie viel es dauern wird, um die Wirtschaftst\u00e4tigkeit wieder zu beleben. Um die Weiterentwicklung der Wirtschaft zu erm\u00f6glichen, wurde die Umgestaltung des Raumplanes von Kraljevica eingeleitet, die neue Investitionen in den Bereich der Werft sowie die Erweiterung der Bau- und Tourismusgebiete erm\u00f6glicht. Die \u00c4nderung des Plans beinhaltet auch Abwasserprojekt. Es gibt auch ein abgeschlossenes Projekt der Rekonstruktion des Krankenwagens, das ist das teuerste Projekt gestartet und abgeschlossen in einem Mandat. Viele Menschen sind f\u00fcr die Realisierung gutgeschrieben, in erster Linie B\u00fcrger aus deren Steuerbelastung das Objekt gebaut ist.<\/p>\n
Die folgenden Projekte sind der Bau des neuen Zentrums POS \u0160mriki, in dem sich die Grundst\u00fccke innerhalb eines Jahres bewegen werden. Ein weiteres Projekt im n\u00e4chsten Mandat ist die Dekoration des Zentrums Kraljevica (Verkehr, Parkplatz, Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen) und ein Griff auf die Burg Frankopan, die Dekoration von Fassaden, Umwelt, Weinh\u00e4usern umfassen wird.[:]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
