[:en]Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 Institute using EU funds starts the project of commercialization of their innovations. This news are excellent due to the fact that Croatia is at the bottom of the scale of European innovativeness.<\/p>\n
Director of the Institute Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 pointed out that the Croatian position in most categories of innovativeness is bad and if they make some concrete moves, countries like Romania and Bulgaria could overtake us.<\/p>\n
On the occasion of the opening of the project Strengthening of system by\u00a0 knowledge management and commercialization of research RBI, in the framework of which will be held round table on Opportunities and barriers to commercialization of innovations, director of the RBI believes that the commercialization is a complex process. The process of implementation and protection of patents is time consuming and expensive, and requires a great activity of innovator with demotivating laws for scientists.<\/p>\n
In the patent ‘s portfolio of the Institute, there are 15 accepted patents. If innovator spent a few thousand for patent protection, he has to maintain this patent, and in each EU country annually pay a fee of a few thousand dollars. Ravnatelj Instituta Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 naglasio je kako je polo\u017eaj Hrvatske u ve\u0107ini kategorija inovativnosti lo\u0161 i ako se ne naprave neki konkretni potezi, mogle bi nas prete\u0107i zemlje poput Rumunjske i Bugarske.<\/p>\n
Povodom otvaranja projekta Ja\u010danje sustava upravljanja znanjem i komercijalizacijom istra\u017eivanja IRB-a, a u okviru kojega \u0107e se odr\u017eati okrugli stol na temu Mogu\u0107nosti i prepreke komercijalizaciji inovacija, ravnatelj IRB-a smatra da je komercijalizacija slo\u017een proces. Postupak provedbe i za\u0161tite patenata je dugotrajan i skup, a zahtjeva veliku aktivnost inovatoru uz demotiviraju\u0107e zakone za znanstvenike.<\/p>\n
U patentnom portfelju Instituta nalazi se 15 prihva\u0107enih patenata. Ako inovator potro\u0161i nekoliko tisu\u0107a kuna za patentnu za\u0161titu, on taj patent mora i odr\u017eavati te svakoj EU zemlji godi\u0161nje platiti naknadu od nekoliko tisu\u0107a dolara. Da bi se sve ovo moglo realizirati, potrebno je mijenjati Zakon o radu, odnosno da pla\u0107a za sve zaposlenike varira sukladno u\u010dinku, broju i kvaliteti publikacija i projekata.<\/p>\n

Anl\u00e4sslich der Er\u00f6ffnung des Projekts Die St\u00e4rkung des Systems durch Wissensmanagement und Kommerzialisierung der Forschung RBI, in deren Rahmen wird statt Runde Tisch \u00fcber Chancen und Barrieren f\u00fcr die Kommerzialisierung der Innovationen, Direktor der RBI glaubt, dass die Kommerzialisierung ein Komplexen Prozess ist. Der Prozess der Umsetzung und Schutz der Patenten ist zeitaufw\u00e4ndig und teuer und erfordert eine gro\u00dfe Aktivit\u00e4t des Innovator mit demotivierenden Gesetze f\u00fcr Wissenschaftler.<\/p>\n
Im Patentportfolio des Instituts gibt es 15 akzeptierte Patente. Wenn der Innovator ein paar Tausend f\u00fcr den Patentschutz verbrachte, muss er dieses Patent beibehalten und in jedem EU-Land j\u00e4hrlich eine Geb\u00fchr von einigen Tausend Dollar zahlen. Um das alles zu realisiert werden k\u00f6nnte, es ist notwendig, das Arbeitsgesetz zu \u00e4ndern, oder das Gehalt f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter variiert nach Wirkung, Anzahl und Qualit\u00e4t der Publikationen und Projekten.[:]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
