[:en]In the framework of the European project CROSKILLS, on Tuesday, 24th January\u00a0 2017. in the Vocational school Vice Vlatkovi\u0107 was held promotional and educational event focused on the promotion of construction skills in energy efficient construction and affirmation of construction professions. The event was held within the framework of the promotional campaign CROSKILLS “Energy efficiency in motion”, that will until August 2017. visit 12 Croatian cities.<\/p>\n
The project CROSKILLS is focused on lifelong education of Croatian construction workers in the area of energy efficiency, and strengthening the qualifications of craftsmen, employed and unemployed construction workers especially after basic education or beginner’s work.<\/p>\n
Besides the presentation of the project CROSKILLS,\u00a0 the possibilities of using renewable energy sources for consumable hot water in conjunction with conventional heating systems on firewood are presented. They stressed the importance of high-quality insulation of the roof as well as the specifics of bracket installation for the solar panels at new metal roofs. It is pointed to consequences of poorly executed details related to the penetration of the roof surface, with which the masters often meet, and the importance of the interconnectedness and cooperation of various professions in the construction process and energy renewal.<\/p>\n
Interested visitors in Zadar, attended the competition in the skills of construction workers and students who are studying for the profession of roofer and installer of technical systems on renewable energy sources. The four competing teams in 45 minutes had a task properly and according to the rules of the profession to set up a model of tin roof covering and on it properly install all the layers of thermal and hydro insulation, and holders for the technical system – a solar panel. Competitors were unemployed and employed construction workers and students of construction and technical professions, and worked under the watchful eye of the expert committee that at the end have chosen the best ones. Today, Croatia has to import the work force, but on the other hand we have a large number of unemployed, particularly construction worker. Tihomir Tom\u010di\u0107, director of the vocational school Vice Vlatkovi\u0107 hopes that with the project CROSKILLS will be able to enrich lifelong training for building profession and the organization of the event itself to increase interest in the the building profession.<\/p>\n
The event is rich with tasteful delicacies prepared by the students of Hotel and tourism school and hospitality school Zadar. Their products of heating techniques and regulation of heating and air conditioning systems were presented by Bosch and Danfoss, while Croatian Employment Institute presented measures of active employment. The measures aim to stimulates involvement of the unemployed in training for the building profession, as well as consulting students in choice of profession or study, especially focused on deficient building profession in the focus of today’s events, as well as the project CROSKILLS itself.<\/p>\n
The next promotional event will be held in Kri\u017eevci, in high school “Ivan Seljanec”, 17th February 2017. where will present professions of masons, carpenters and plasterers, and at the end of February in the School for Design, Graphics and Sustainable Building in Split.<\/p>\n

[:hr]U okviru europskog projekta CROSKILLS, u utorak 24. sije\u010dnja 2017. u Strukovnoj \u0161koli Vice Vlatkovi\u0107a odr\u017eano je promotivno-edukativno doga\u0111anje usmjereno na promociju gra\u0111evinskih vje\u0161tina u energetski u\u010dinkovitoj gradnji i afirmaciji gra\u0111evinskih zanimanja. Doga\u0111anje se odr\u017ealo u okviru promotivne CROSKILLS kampanje\u00a0<\/span>\u201e<\/strong>Energetska u\u010dinkovitost u pokretu\u201c,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>koja \u0107e do kolovoza 2017. godine posjetiti 12 hrvatskih gradova.<\/p>\n Projekt CROSKILLS usmjeren je na cjelo\u017eivotnu izobrazbu hrvatskih gra\u0111evinskih radnika u podru\u010dju energetske u\u010dinkovitosti, te ja\u010danje kvalifikacija obrtnika, zaposlenih i nezaposlenih gra\u0111evinskih radnika osobito nakon osnovnog obrazovanja ili po\u010detni\u010dkog rada.<\/p>\n Uz prezentaciju projekta CROSKILLS, predstavljene su mogu\u0107nosti primjene obnovljivih izvora za pripremu potro\u0161ne tople vode u spoju s klasi\u010dnim grijanjem na drva. Nagla\u0161ena je va\u017enost kvalitetne izolacije krova kao i specifi\u010dnosti ugradnje nosa\u010da za solarne panele kod novih limenih krovova. Ukazano je na posljedice lo\u0161e izvedenih detalja vezanih uz prodore kroz krovne povr\u0161ine, s kojima se majstori \u010desto susre\u0107u, te va\u017enost me\u0111usobne povezanosti i suradnje razli\u010ditih struka u procesu gra\u0111enja i energetske obnove.<\/p>\n Zainteresirani posjetitelji u Zadru prisustvovali su natjecanju u vje\u0161tinama gra\u0111evinskih radnika i u\u010denika koji se \u0161koluju za zanimanja\u00a0<\/span>krovopokriva\u010da\u00a0i\u00a0instalatera tehni\u010dkih sustava na obnovljive izvore energije.<\/strong> \u010cetiri natjecateljske ekipe su u 45 minuta imale zadatak ispravno i po pravilima struke postaviti model limenog krovnog pokrova i na njega ispravno ugraditi sve slojeve toplinske i hidroizolacije, te dr\u017ea\u010de za tehni\u010dki sustav \u2013 solarni panel. Natjecatelji su bili nezaposleni i zaposleni gra\u0111evinski radnici te u\u010denici gra\u0111evinskih i tehni\u010dkih struka, a radili su pod budnim okom stru\u010dnog povjerenstva koje je na kraju odabralo one najbolje. Januar 2017. wurde in der Berufsschule Vice Vlatkovi\u0107 die Werbe und Bildungsveranstaltung \u00fcber die F\u00f6rderung der Bau F\u00e4higkeiten in energieeffizientes Bauen und Affirmation Bauberufe fokussiert gehalten. Die Veranstaltung ist im Rahmen der Werbekampagne CROSKILLS “Energieeffizienz in Bewegung” stattgefunden, die bis August 2017. 12 kroatischen St\u00e4dten besuchen wird.<\/p>\n Das Projekt CROSKILLS konzentriert sich auf die lebenslange Ausbildung der kroatischen Bauarbeiter im Bereich der Energieeffizienz und die St\u00e4rkung der Qualifikationen den Handwerkern, besch\u00e4ftigten und arbeitslosen Bauarbeitern vor allem nach Grundausbildung oder Anf\u00e4ngerarbeit.<\/p>\n Neben der Pr\u00e4sentation des Projektes CROSKILLS, werden die M\u00f6glichkeiten der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen f\u00fcr Warmwasser in Verbindung mit konventionellen Heizsystemen auf Brennholz vorgestellt. Sie betonten die Bedeutung der hochwertigen D\u00e4mmung des Daches sowie die Besonderheiten der Halterung f\u00fcr die Solarmodule bei neuen Metalld\u00e4chern. Er weist auf die Folgen von schlecht ausgef\u00fchrten Details auf die Durchdringung der Dachfl\u00e4che bezogen, mit denen die Meister oft begegnet, und die Bedeutung der gegenseitigen Abh\u00e4ngigkeit und Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Berufe im Bauprozess und Energieerneuerung.<\/p>\n Interessierte Besucher in Zadar sind an dem Wettbewerb in den F\u00e4higkeiten der Bauarbeiter und Studenten teilgenommen, die f\u00fcr den Beruf der Dachdecker und Installateur der technischen Systemen auf erneuerbare Energiequellen studieren. Die vier konkurrierenden Teams in 45 Minuten hatten eine Aufgabe ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df und nach den Regeln des Berufsstandes ein Modell Zinn Dacheindeckung einzurichten und auf es richtig, alle Schichten der thermischen und Abdichtung zu installieren, und Halterungen f\u00fcr das technische System\u00a0 – ein Solarpanel. Die Teilnehmer waren arbeitslos und besch\u00e4ftigt Bauarbeiter und Studenten der Konstruktion und technischen Berufen, und unter der Aufsicht des Fachausschusses gearbeitet, die die besten am Ende gew\u00e4hlt haben. Heute muss Kroatien die Arbeitskr\u00e4fte importieren, aber auf der anderen Seite haben wir eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Arbeitslosen, insbesondere Bauarbeiter. Tihomir Tom\u010di\u0107, Direktor der Berufsschule Vice Vlatkovi\u0107, hofft, dass CROSKILLS mit dem Projekt das lebenslange Training f\u00fcr den Berufsstand und die Organisation der Veranstaltung selbst bereichern kann, um das Interesse am Bauberuf zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n Die Veranstaltung ist reich mit wahre Delikatessen, die den Studenten der Hotel und Tourismus und Gastschule Zadar vorbereitet haben. Ihre Produkte der Heiztechniken und Regulierung der Heizung und Klimaanlagen wurden von Bosch und Danfoss pr\u00e4sentiert, w\u00e4hrend das kroatische Institut f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigung den Ma\u00dfnahmen zur aktiven Besch\u00e4ftigung vorgestellt hat. Die Ma\u00dfnahmen zielen darauf Beteiligung der Arbeitslosen f\u00fcr das Baugewerbe in der Ausbildung f\u00f6rdert, sowie Beratung Studenten in der Berufswahl oder studieren, vor allem konzentrierte sich auf einen Mangel Baufach im Mittelpunkt der heutigen Veranstaltungen, sowie das Projekt CROSKILLS selbst.<\/p>\n In Kri\u017eevci, in der Oberschule “Ivan Seljanec” am 17.
