[:en]The Assembly of the Scientific Council for Technological Development of HAZU took place in the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Prof. dr.sc Dragan Kova\u010devi\u0107 from the Faculty of Food Technology held a lecture on “Innovation as the basis for the competitiveness of Croatian food industry”. The Scientific Council for Technological Development HAZU so far has been the most important source of Academy documents which are connected with education reform and the importance of innovation. Regarding innovation success, Croatia is at the bottom of the list of members EU, and lead Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Low level of investment in research and development, poor cooperation of science and economy, low level of foreign investment, the professor stated as the main reason. The greatest resistance to the recession showed the food industry. Looking at the annual level, the rate of growth is 4%, increase productivity of 5 to 6%, export growth 19%, while productivity is still at the level of 70% of the EU average.<\/p>\n

[:hr]Skup\u0161tina Znanstvenog vije\u0107a za tehnolo\u0161ki razvoj HAZU-a odr\u017eana je u Hrvatskoj akademiji znanosti i umjetnosti. Prof. dr.sc Dragan Kova\u010devi\u0107 s Prehrambeno-tehnolo\u0161kog fakulteta odr\u017eao je predavanje na temu \u201eInovacije kao temelj konkurentnosti hrvatske prehrambene industrije\u201c. Znanstveno vije\u0107e za tehnolo\u0161ki razvoj HAZU-a do sada je bilo ishodi\u0161te najva\u017enijih Akademijinih dokumenata koji su vezani uz reformu obrazovanja i va\u017enosti inovacija. Po pitanju inovacijskih uspje\u0161nosti Hrvatska se nalazi pri dnu ljestvice \u010dlanica EU-a, a predvode \u0160vedska, Finska, Danska, Njema\u010dka i Nizozemska. Nisku razinu ulaganja u razvoj i istra\u017eivanje, slabu suradnju znanosti i gospodarstva, nisku razinu stranih investicija, profesor je naveo kao glavni razlog. Najve\u0107u otpornost prema recesiji pokazala je prehrambena industrija. Promatraju\u0107i na godi\u0161njoj razini bilje\u017ei stopu rasta za 4%, pove\u0107anje proizvodnosti od 5 do 6%, porast izvoza 19%, dok je produktivnost jo\u0161 uvijek na razini 70% prosjeka EU.<\/p>\n

[:de]Die Versammlung des Wissenschaftsrats f\u00fcr technologische Entwicklung des HAZU ist in der kroatischen Akademie der Wissenschaften und K\u00fcnste stattgefunden. Prof. dr.sc Dragan Kova\u010devi\u0107 von der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Lebensmitteltechnik hielt einen Vortrag zum Thema “Innovation als Basis f\u00fcr die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit der kroatischen Lebensmittelindustrie”. Der Wissenschaftliche Rat f\u00fcr technologische Entwicklung HAZU war bisher die wichtigste Quelle f\u00fcr Dokumente der Akademie, die mit der Bildungsreform und der Bedeutung von Innovation verbunden sind. In Bezug auf den Innovationserfolg steht Kroatien am Ende der EU-Liste und f\u00fchren Schweden, Finnland, D\u00e4nemark, Deutschland und Niederlanden. Das niedrige Niveau der Investitionen in Forschung und Entwicklung, schlechte Zusammenarbeit von Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft, niedrige Niveau der ausl\u00e4ndischen Investitionen, der Professor erkl\u00e4rte als Hauptgrund. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Resistenz gegen die Rezession zeigte die Lebensmittelindustrie.
