[:en]At the International Exhibition ARCA 2016., that took place in October in Zagreb, among numerous innovations and strong competition from the country and abroad, one gold medal was awarded to the director of the company POWER PLANTS – HEATING PLANTS Zagreb. Mr.sc. Kresimir Komljenovi\u0107 won a gold medal for his innovation “Pipe construction for measuring the flow of liquids.” In fact it is unusual that innovation comes from the state sector, in Croatia it should be more.<\/p>\n
Alireza Rastegar, president of the International Federation of National Innovation Association awarded him medal.<\/p>\n
This innovation of Kre\u0161imir Komljenovi\u0107 already was awarded in 2015. with a gold medal at Innova in Brussels, then for the project of realization of rational energy use,\u00a0 Hrvoje Po\u017ear received a prize, while in 2016. it was awarded with silver medal at the 44th Innovation Exhibition in Geneva. Gold medal for this innovation has not escaped him even at the International Innovation Exhibition IENA 2016. which was held in Nuremberg. The essence of this innovation is the possibility of measuring the flow of waste water with classic measurement of the flow of small diameter. At ARCA are presented trends about the creation of innovative products, services and technologies. Innovations are already protected, or in the process of intellectual property protection. At the fair was held a forum Innovations initiator of development, and various workshops such as With the play to innovation, Innovations through fun, Day of innovative ideas for young people, young innovators and primary school pupils.<\/p>\n
Partner of this year’s exhibition was the China Association of innovators, under the auspices of the president of Croatian, the Ministry of Business and Trade, the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports.<\/p>\n

[:hr]Na Me\u0111unarodnoj izlo\u017ebi ARCA 2016., odr\u017eane u listopadu u Zagrebu, me\u0111u brojnim inovacijama i jakoj konkurenciji iz zemlje i svijeta, jedna zlatna medalja pripala je direktoru tvrtke ELEKTRANE – TOPLANE Zagreb. Mr.sc. Kre\u0161imir Komljenovi\u0107 osvojio je zlatnu medalju za svoju inovaciju \u201eCijevna konstrukcija za mjerenje protoka teku\u0107ina\u201c. Zapravo je rijetkost da inovacije sti\u017ee iz dr\u017eavnog sektora i u Hrvatskoj bi ih trebalo postojati vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n
Medalju mu je uru\u010dio Alireza Rastegar, predsjednik Me\u0111unarodne federacije nacionalnih saveza inovatora.<\/p>\n
Ova inovacija Kre\u0161imira Komljenovi\u0107a ve\u0107 je nagra\u0111ivana i to 2015. godine zlatnom medaljom na Innova-i u Bruxellesu, potom za realizaciju projekta racionalnog gospodarenja energijom dobio je nagradnu Hrvoje Po\u017ear dok je 2016. nagra\u0111ena srebrnom medaljom na 44. sajmu inovacija u \u017denevi. Zlatna medalja za ovu inovaciju nije mu izmakla ni na Me\u0111unarodnom sajmu inovacija IENA 2016. odr\u017eanom u N\u00fcnbergu.\u00a0 Su\u0161tina ove inovacije je u mogu\u0107nosti mjerenja protoka otpadnih voda klasi\u010dnim mjerenjima protoka malog promjera.<\/p>\n
NA ARCA-i su predstavljeni trendovi u stvaranju inovativnih proizvoda, usluga i tehnologija. Inovacije su ve\u0107 za\u0161ti\u0107ene ili u procesu za\u0161tite intelektualnog vlasni\u0161tva. Na sajmu je odr\u017ean forum Inovacije pokreta\u010d razvoja, te brojne radionice poput Igrom do inovacija, Inovacije kroz zabavu, Dan inovativnih ideja za mlade, mlade inovatore i u\u010denike osnovnih \u0161kola.<\/p>\n
Partner ovogodi\u0161nje izlo\u017ebe bila je Kineska asocijacija inovatora, pod pokroviteljstvom predsjednice Republike Hrvatske, Ministarstva poduzetni\u0161tva i obrta, Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta.<\/p>\n

Das Wesen dieser Innovation ist die M\u00f6glichkeit der Messung der Abwassermenge mit klassischer Messung des Durchflusses von kleinem Durchmesser. Auf der ARCA sind Trends zur Erstellung innovativer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Technologien vorgestellt. Innovationen sind schon gesch\u00fctzt, oder im Prozess des Schutzes des geistigen Eigentums. Auf der Messe ist ein Forum Innovationen Initiator der Entwicklung, und verschiedene Workshops wie Mit dem Spiel zur Innovation, Innovationen durch Spa\u00df, Tag der innovativen Ideen f\u00fcr junge Menschen, junge Innovatoren und Grundsch\u00fcler.<\/p>\n
