[:en]We are witnessing a rapid growth and development of information and communication technologies in all spheres of life, especially in education. Exactly this was the theme of the annual eTwinning conference held under the working title “eTwinning and the educational innovation in the digital era”.<\/p>\n
eTwinning offers a platform for educational educators through which members can communicate, develop projects and exchange knowledge and experiences.<\/p>\n
Director of the Agency for Mobility and EU programs, Antonija Gladovi\u0107 thinks that teaching can be more innovative and creative with eTwinning programs. International co-operation in a virtual environment contributes to creating language and informatic competencies of students, and acquire knowledge and skills for international projects.<\/p>\n
There is a portal that allows independent design of projects, professional development of educational staff all over Europe and adapting the curriculum to all students. It provides an opportunity for networking, exchange of materials and information on educational policies. Portal operates within the Erasmus program + and enables virtual participation in seminars, conferences and workshops or training network. The leaders are EU experts and experienced practitioners in teaching. Portal does not require financial investments, paperwork or administration. There are no copyrights because it is designed as a preliminary incubator. The extended arm of eTwinning portal is a Gateway portal, on it is enabled the communication between the companies and associations.<\/p>\n
At the conference are presented also results of the evaluation of Lifelong Learning Programme. Participants were presented the first Croatian student ambassador Matea Vrani\u0107 from the High School “Kralj Zvonimir” from Krk, which has presented a project with the theme of digital citizenship (digital literacy, security, intellectual property rights, data protection, proper behavior on the Internet …).<\/p>\n
The best eTwinning projects for 2015\/2016. year were awarded with prizes COMET: Kindergarden Vara\u017edin for the project “Music, kids and play”, Elementary School Brodarica from \u0160ibenik for “Days of open mind ” and Primary School Oton Ivekovi\u0107 Zagreb for the project” Values-The Essence of an Active Citizen-The Storytelling corner “.<\/p>\n

[:hr]\u00a0<\/strong>Svjedoci smo sve br\u017eem rastu i razvoju informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija u svim sferama \u017eivota, posebice u \u0161kolstvu. Upravo je ovo bila tema godi\u0161nje eTwinning konferencije koja se odr\u017eala pod radnim naslovom \u201eeTwinning i odgojno obrazovne inovacije u digitalnom vremenu\u201c.<\/p>\n eTwinning nudi platformu za odgojno obrazovne djelatnike putem koje \u010dlanovi mogu komunicirati, razvijati projekte te razmjenjivati znanja i iskustva.<\/p>\n Ravnateljica Agencije za mobilnost i programe EU Antonija Gladovi\u0107 mi\u0161ljenja je da nastava mo\u017ee biti inovativnija i kreativnija uz eTwinning programe. Me\u0111unarodna suradnja u virtualnom okru\u017eenju pridonosi stvaranju jezi\u010dnih i informati\u010dkih kompetencija u\u010denika te usvajanje znanja i vje\u0161tina za me\u0111unarodne projekte.<\/p>\n Tu je portal koji omogu\u0107uje samostalno osmi\u0161ljavanje projekata, stru\u010dno usavr\u0161avanje odgojno obrazovnih djelatnika diljem Europe te prilagodbu nastavnom programu svim u\u010denicima. Nudi mogu\u0107nost umre\u017eavanja, razmjene materijala i informiranje o politikama obrazovanja. Portal djeluje u sklopu programa Erasmus+ a omogu\u0107uje virtualno sudjelovanje u seminarima, konferencijama i radionicama odnosno mre\u017enim edukacijama. Voditelji su europski stru\u010dnjaci i iskusni prakti\u010dari u nastavi. Portal ne zahtijeva financijska ulaganja, papirologiju ni administraciju. Nema autorskih prava jer je osmi\u0161ljen kao idejni inkubator. Produ\u017eena ruka eTwinning portala je Gateway portal jer je na njemu omogu\u0107eno komuniciranje tvrtki i udruga.<\/p>\n Na konferenciji su predstavljeni i rezultati evaluacije Programa za cjelo\u017eivotno u\u010denje. Sudionicima se predstavila i prva hrvatska u\u010deni\u010dka veleposlanica Matea Vrani\u0107 iz Srednje \u0161kole \u201eKralj Zvonimir\u201c s Krka, koja je predstavila projekt s temom digitalnog gra\u0111anstva (digitalna pismenost, sigurnost, intelektualna prava, za\u0161tita podataka, pravilna pona\u0161anja na internetu…).<\/p>\n Najbolji eTwinning projekti za 2015.\/2016. godinu nagra\u0111eni su nagradama COMET: Dje\u010dji vrti\u0107 Vara\u017edin za projekt \u201eMusic, kids and play\u201c, Osnovna \u0161kola Brodarica iz \u0160ibenika za \u201eDani otvorenog uma\u201c te Osnovna \u0161kola Otona Ivekovi\u0107a Zagreb za projekt \u201eValues-The Essence of an Active Citizen-The Storytelling corner\u201c.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n [:de]Wir erleben ein schnelles Wachstum und die Entwicklung von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien in allen Bereichen des Lebens, vor allem in der Bildung. Genau das war das Thema der j\u00e4hrlichen eTwinning Konferenz unter dem Arbeitstitel “eTwinning und die Bildungsinnovation im digitalen Zeitalter”.<\/p>\n ETwinning bietet eine Plattform f\u00fcr Bildungsp\u00e4dagogen, durch die Mitglieder kommunizieren k\u00f6nnen, Projekte entwickeln, Wissen und Erfahrungen austauschen.<\/p>\n Antonija Gladovi\u0107, Direktorin der Agentur f\u00fcr Mobilit\u00e4ts und EU-Programme, ist der Meinung, dass der Unterricht mit eTwinning Programmen innovativer und kreativer werden kann. Die internationale Zusammenarbeit in einem virtuellen Umfeld tr\u00e4gt zur Schaffung der Sprach und Informatikkompetenzen der Sch\u00fcler bei und erwirbt Wissen und Kompetenzen f\u00fcr internationale Projekte.<\/p>\n Es gibt ein Portal, das die unabh\u00e4ngige Gestaltung von Projekten, die berufliche Entwicklung von Bildungspersonal in ganz Europa und die Anpassung des Curriculums an alle Studenten erm\u00f6glicht. Es bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr die Vernetzung, Austausch der Materialien und Informationen \u00fcber die Bildungspolitik. Portal arbeitet im Rahmen des Erasmus Programm + und erm\u00f6glicht eine virtuelle Teilnahme an Seminaren, Konferenzen und Werkst\u00e4tten oder einen Ausbildungsnetzwerk. Die F\u00fchrer sind EU Experten und erfahrene Praktiker im Unterricht. Portal erfordert keine finanziellen Investitionen, Papierkram oder Verwaltung. Es gibt keine Urheberrechte, weil es als Vorinkubator konzipiert ist. Der erweiterte Arm des eTwinning Portals ist ein Gateway Portal, auf dem die Kommunikation zwischen den Unternehmen und Verb\u00e4nden erm\u00f6glicht ist.<\/p>\n Auf der Konferenz sind auch Ergebnisse der Evaluierung des Programms f\u00fcr lebenslanges Lernen pr\u00e4sentiert. Die Teilnehmern ist die erste kroatische Sch\u00fcler Botschafterin Matea Vrani\u0107 von der High School “Kralj Zvonimir” von Krk vorgestellt, die ein Projekt mit dem Thema der digitalen Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft (digitale Kompetenz, Sicherheit, Rechte an geistigem Eigentum, Datenschutz, das richtige Verhalten im Internet…) pr\u00e4sentiert hat.<\/p>\n Die besten eTwinning-Projekte f\u00fcr 2015\/2016. Jahr wurden mit Preisen COMET ausgezeichnet: Kindergarten Vara\u017edin f\u00fcr das Projekt “Musik, Kinder und spielen”, Grundschule Bbrodarica von \u0160ibenik f\u00fcr “Tage der offenen Geist” und der Grundschule Oton Ivekovi\u0107 Zagreb f\u00fcr das Projekt “Werte-Die Essenz eines Active Citizen -Die Storytelling Ecke “.[:]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
