[:en]The tender for the project “Start something your” was open until 12th of December,\u00a0 individuals or microenterprises were able to apply on it. The project is intended for start-ups and promotes projects with positive social influence. The program was launched by the ACT group, consortium consisting of eight social enterprises that social entrepreneurship develops in the areas of green economy and social services. ACT Group currently employs 45 persons of which 44% are disadvantaged persons. Head of Marketing Group Igor Roginek pointed out that in Croatia there is a lack of financial support for starting jobs and lower investments for the development of business models of existing entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs beginners. The beneficiary can be a company based in Croatia, which is one of the microenterprises according to criteria of the European Commission. Project activities have to be implemented in Croatia on whose territory the project must have an influence.<\/p>\n
Results of the contest will be published on 28th of February 2017., while the beginning of the project is planned for 1st April. A special feature of this program is focus on innovation that will have a social and \/ or environmental influence. ACT Group aims to measure the social impact of each project and\u00a0 make for it a free report on the social impact\u00a0 ie. to calculate the social return on investment (Social Return of Investment).<\/p>\n
For co-financing of the project is provided 400,000 kuna, projects that apply may be the maximum value to 100,000 kuna and the ACT group co-finance projects in the amount of 80%. It is important to mention\u00a0 that in the last few years has developed considerable number of successful business models thanks to the entrepreneurial incubators, hubs, coworking spaces and investors. Considering that in these times of crisis economy cries out for professionals who possess technical and professional knowledge, ACT group has developed a School for Social economy or institution for adult education.<\/p>\n

Projekt je namijenjen poduzetnicima po\u010detnicima te poti\u010de projekte s pozitivnim dru\u0161tvenim utjecajem. Program je pokrenula ACT grupa odnosno konzorcij kojeg \u010dine osam dru\u0161tvenih poduze\u0107a koji dru\u0161tveno poduzetni\u0161tvo razvija u podru\u010djima zelene ekonomije i socijalnih usluga. ACT grupa trenutno zapo\u0161ljava 45 osoba od \u010dega 44% \u010dine osobe u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju. Voditelj marketinga grupe Igor Roginek istaknuo je kako u Hrvatskoj postoji manjak financijske podr\u0161ke za pokretanje poslova te manjih investicija za razvoj poslovnih modela postoje\u0107ih poduzetnika i poduzetnika po\u010detnika. Korisnik potpore mo\u017ee biti poduze\u0107e sa sjedi\u0161tem u Hrvatskoj koja spada u mikropoduze\u0107a prema kriterijima Europske komisije. Aktivnosti projekta moraju biti provedene u Hrvatskoj na \u010dijem podru\u010dju projekt mora imati i utjecaj.<\/p>\n
Rezultati natje\u010daja biti \u0107e objavljeni\u00a0 28. velja\u010de 2017. Godine dok je po\u010detak provedbe projekta planiran za 1.travnja. Posebnost ovog programa je naglasak na inovaciji koja \u0107e imati dru\u0161tveni i\/ili okoli\u0161ni utjecaj. ACT grupa \u0107e stoga izmjeriti dru\u0161tveni utjecaj svakog projekta i za njega besplatno izraditi izvje\u0161taj o dru\u0161tvenom utjecaju tj. Izra\u010dunati dru\u0161tveni povrat na investiciju (Social Return of Investment).<\/p>\n
Za sufinanciranje projekta osigurano je 400 000 kuna, projekti koje se prijavljuju mogu biti maksimalne vrijednosti do 100 000 kuna a ACT grupa sufinancira projekte u iznosu od 80%. Za spomenuti je da se u posljednjih nekoliko godina razvio poprili\u010dan broj uspje\u0161nih poslovnih modela zahvaljuju\u0107i poduzetni\u010dkim inkubatorima , hubovima, coworking prostorima i investitorima. S obzirom na to da u ovim kriznim vremenima gospodarstvo vapi za stru\u010dnjacima koji posjeduju tehni\u010dka i specijalisti\u010dka znanja, ACT grupa je razvila U\u010dili\u0161te za dru\u0161tvenu ekonomiju odnosno ustanovu za obrazovanje odraslih.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt ist f\u00fcr Start-ups beabsichtigt und f\u00f6rdert Projekte mit positivem gesellschaftlichen Einfluss. Der Beg\u00fcnstigte kann ein Unternehmen in Kroatien sein, die eine der Mikro-Unternehmen nach den Kriterien der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission ist. Die Projektaktivit\u00e4ten m\u00fcssen in Kroatien umgesetzt werden, auf dessen Territorium das Projekt Einfluss haben muss.<\/p>\n
Die Ergebnisse des Wettbewerbs werden am 28. Februar 2017 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, w\u00e4hrend der Projektbeginn am 1. April geplant ist. Eine Besonderheit dieses Programms ist der Fokus auf Innovation, die einen sozialen und \/ oder \u00f6kologischen Einfluss haben wird. Die ACT-Gruppe zielt darauf ab, die sozialen Auswirkungen jedes Projekts zu messen und daf\u00fcr einen kostenlosen Bericht \u00fcber die sozialen Auswirkungen vorzulegen, um die soziale Rentabilit\u00e4t zu berechnen (Social Return of Investment).<\/p>\n
F\u00fcr die Kofinanzierung des Projekts ist 400.000 Kuna zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, die Projekten k\u00f6nnen den H\u00f6chstwert f\u00fcr 100.000 Kuna sein, und die ACT-Gruppe kofinanziert die Projekten in H\u00f6he von 80%. Zu erw\u00e4hnen ist, dass in den letzten Jahren eine ganze Reihe von erfolgreichen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle dank der unternehmerischen Inkubatoren, Hubs, Coworking R\u00e4ume und Investoren entwickelt.
