Differences around us are the main motivation for the creation of something new. Incentive introduction to Innovation Day held on 7th of October in the premises of Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagreb, was a talk show led by famous writer Bruno \u0160imle\u0161a, and his guests director Oliver Frlji\u0107, Darko Gali\u010di\u0107, Nikolina \u0160usti\u0107-Stankovi\u0107, Vanja Radovanovi\u0107 and Dinko Vukovi\u0107. The main topics were how to live a parallel life in the SF novel and thereby win a prize, as the physical limit of the weight turn into the flywheel, which comes to a man that with his own child speak in Esperanto and other interesting discussions.<\/p>\n
The excellence of ideas and their authors, difference of themes were reflected in the the choice of content. Thirteen points are grouped in four thematic areas dedicated to the Internet of things, our portfolio in the field of industry and society with a focus on e-health, the solutions in the telecom segment and the theme of use “Big data”.<\/p>\n
The creative team from the Ericsson Nikola Tesla presented the application for financial monitoring and project management.<\/p>\n
A special note to the innovation day gave charity prize contest where employees by visiting thematic sections on pre-prepared coupons collected stamps, for those who need it most. For each completed ticket, the company will donate funds sufficient for one week nutritition of the homeless to the soup kitchen in your neighborhood. The results of the campaign will be known at the end of the year after the second round of humanitarian action, which will take place in Split, but it is already known that this is thousands of meals.<\/p>\n
Three happiest participants of the Innovation day won three sweet surprises and three cakes.<\/p>\n
The event has once again demonstrated professional breadth of interests and activities of company employees with developed social responsibility and solidarity for citizens of threatened existence.<\/p>\n

Razli\u010ditosti koje nas okru\u017euju glavna su motivacija za stvaranje ne\u010deg novog. Poticajni uvod Inovacijskom danu odr\u017eanom 7. listopada u prostorima Ericssona Nikole Tesle u Zagrebu, bio je talk-show kojeg je vodio poznati knji\u017eevnik Bruno \u0160imle\u0161a, te njegovi gosti redatelj Oliver Frlji\u0107, Darko Gali\u010di\u0107, Nikolina \u0160usti\u0107-Stankovi\u0107, Vanja Radovanovi\u0107 i Dinko Vukovi\u0107. Glavne teme bile su kako \u017eivjeti paralelan \u017eivot u SF romanu i prtim osvojiti nagradu, kako fizi\u010dko ograni\u010denje iz utega pretvoriti u zama\u0161njak, \u0161to do\u0111e \u010dovjeku da s vlastitim djetetom razgovara na esperantu i ostale zanimljive diskusije.<\/p>\n
Izvrsnost ideja i njihovih autora te razli\u010ditost tema ogledali su se i u izboru sadr\u017eaja. Trinaest to\u010daka grupirano je u 4 tematska podru\u010dja posve\u0107ena internetu stvari, na\u0161em portfelju u segmentu industrije i dru\u0161tva s naglaskom na e-zdravstvo, rje\u0161enjima u telekom segmentu te temi kori\u0161tenja \u00abBig data\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Kreativan tim iz Ericsson Nikola Tesla predstavili su aplikacije za financijsko pra\u0107enje i upravljanje projektima.<\/p>\n
Posebnu notu inovacijskom danu dala je humanitarna nagradna igra gdje su zaposlenici obilaskom tematskih cjelina na unaprijed pripremljene kupone skupljali \u017eigove, za one kojima je pomo\u0107 najpotrebnija. Za svaki popunjeni listi\u0107 kompanija \u0107e pu\u010dkoj kuhinji u svom susjedstvu donirati sredstva dostatna za tjednu prehranu jednog besku\u0107nika. Rezultati akcije znat \u0107e se krajem godine nakon druge runde humanitarne akcije koja \u0107e se odr\u017eati u Splitu, no ve\u0107 sad je jasno da se radi o tisu\u0107ama obroka.<\/p>\n
Troje najsretnijih sudionika Inovacijskog dana osvojilo je tri slatka iznena\u0111enja odnosno tri torte.<\/p>\n
Doga\u0111anje je jo\u0161 jednom pokazalo profesionalnu \u0161irinu interesa i djelovanja zaposlenika tvrtke uz razvijenu dru\u0161tvenu odgovornost i solidarnost prema sugra\u0111anima ugro\u017eene egzistencije.<\/p>\n

Unterschiede die uns umgebenden, sind die Hauptmotivation f\u00fcr die Schaffung von etwas Neuem. Incentive Einf\u00fchrung in Innovationstag, die am 7. Oktober in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten von Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagrebstattgefunden ist, war eine Talkshow unter Leitung den ber\u00fchmten Schriftsteller Bruno \u0160imle\u0161a, und seine G\u00e4ste Regisseur Oliver Frlji\u0107, Darko Gali\u010di\u0107, Niko \u0160usti\u0107-Stankovi\u0107, Vanja Radovanovi\u0107 und Dinko Vukovi\u0107. Die wichtigsten Themen waren, wie man ein paralleles Leben in der SF-Roman eben und damit einen Preis zu gewinnen, wie die physische Grenze des Gewichts wiederum in das Schwungrad, die zu einem Mann kommt, dass mit seinem eigenen Kind in Esperanto und andere interessante Diskussionen sprechen.<\/p>\n
Die Exzellenz der Ideen und ihrer Autoren, Differenz der Themen spiegelt sich in der Wahl des Inhalts. Dreizehn Punkte sind in vier Themenbereiche mit dem Internet der Dinge gewidmet gruppiert, unser Portfolio im Bereich der Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft mit Fokus auf E-Health, die L\u00f6sungen im Telekom-Segment und die Verwendung dieser “Big Data”.<\/p>\n
Das kreative Team von Ericsson Nikola Tesla pr\u00e4sentiert die Anwendung f\u00fcr die finanzielle \u00dcberwachung und Projektmanagement .<\/p>\n
Eine besondere Note f\u00fcr den Innovationstag gab humanit\u00e4re Gewinnspiel, wo Mitarbeiter durch den Besuch thematische Abschnitte \u00fcber vorbereitete Coupons gesammelten Briefmarken, f\u00fcr diejenigen, die es am meisten brauchen. F\u00fcr jede abgeschlossene Ticket wird das Unternehmen Mittel ausreichend f\u00fcr eine Woche nutritition der Obdachlosen in die Suppenk\u00fcche in Ihrer N\u00e4he zu spenden. Die Ergebnisse der Kampagne wird am Ende des Jahres nach der zweiten Runde der humanit\u00e4ren Aktion bekannt, die in Split stattfinden wird, aber es ist schon klar, dass diese Tausende von Mahlzeiten ist.<\/p>\n
Drei gl\u00fccklichste Teilnehmer des Innovationstages haben drei s\u00fc\u00dfe \u00dcberraschungen und drei Kuchen gewonnen.<\/p>\n
Die Veranstaltung hat wieder einmal professionelle Breite der Interessen und Aktivit\u00e4ten der Mitarbeitern mit entwickelten sozialen Verantwortung und Solidarit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger der bedrohten Existenz gezeigt.<\/p>\n
