On Monday, 16th of January should be obtained a final decision at The extraordinary assembly of the hotel. In this way, they want to buy the remaining government shares in the company indirectly. Na ovaj na\u010din se zaobilazno \u017eele otkupiti preostale dr\u017eavne dionice u toj tvrtki. Dioni\u010darima koji glasuju protiv povla\u010denja dionica s Burze i koji podnesu zahtjev za njihov otkup, Kon\u010dari nude otkup uz pravednu naknadu koje iznosi 58,2 kn po dionici.<\/span>[:de]<span>Von der Verwaltung des Hotel Medena, geleitet von Nenad Kon\u010dar, kam die Nachricht \u00fcber den R\u00fcckkauf aller Aktien des Hotels aus der B\u00f6rse in Zagreb. Am Montag, 16. Januar, eine endg\u00fcltige Entscheidung auf einer au\u00dferordentlichen Versammlung des Hotels erhalten werden sollte. Auf diese Weise wollen sie die restlichen Staatsaktien der Gesellschaft indirekt kaufen.
