This year&#8217;s team building of the Trade Union of Engineers and Technicians of Forestry took place in Hotel Medena from 22nd to 25th of September, within which were held two thematic lectures. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The cultural part of the program included the first joint exhibition of art and photo works of union members occasional called &#8220;Art in forestry&#8221;, it is also performed a short comedy &#8220;E, ne\u0161 za nj&#8221; of the amateur theater from Trilj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In the sports facilities participated 330 members and guests and they competed in bowling, tennis and table tennis, football, beach volleyball, basketball, bocce, hunting trap and a speed beer drinking. Since that the motto of the meeting was &#8220;The important thing is to participate and not win&#8221;, the winners were not chosen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A special feature of these meetings is the fact that for the first time Croatian Forests Directorates d.o.o. did not have a representative because of the increasingly poor dialogue between the management and the Union, seeking for payment of bonuses and the affairs of secret contracts for board members, attempt of breaking the collective contract, nonpayment of compensation for transport for employees, layoffs, etc.<\/span>[:hr]<span>Sindikalno \u0161umarski susreti su sindikalna, stru\u010dna, sportska i kulturna manifestacija u kojoj svaki \u010dlan osloba\u0111a svoje talente i prezentira svoje hobije. Ovogodi\u0161nji team building Sindikata in\u017eenjera i tehni\u010dara \u0161umarstva odr\u017eao se u hotelu\u00a0 Medena od 22. do 25. rujna u sklopu kojeg su se odr\u017eala dva tematska predavanja. Kulturni dio programa uklju\u010divao je prvu zajedni\u010dku izlo\u017ebu likovnih i foto radova \u010dlanova Sindikata prigodnog naziva \u00abUmjetnost u \u0161umarstvu\u00bb, a odigrana je i kratka komedija \u00abE, ne\u0161 za nj\u00bb amaterskog kazali\u0161ta iz Trilja. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>U sportskim sadr\u017eajima sudjelovalo je 330 \u010dlanova i gostiju a natjecali su se u kuglanju, tenisu i stolnom tenisu, nogometu, odbojci na pijesku, ko\u0161arci, bo\u0107anju, lova\u010dkom trapu i brzinskom ispijanju piva. S obzirom na to da je moto susreta bio \u00abVa\u017eno je sudjelovati a ne pobijediti\u00bb, pobjednici se nisu birali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Posebnost ovih susreta je \u010dinjenica da\u00a0 prvi put Uprava Hrvatskih \u0161uma d.o.o. nije imala svog predstavnika zbog sve lo\u0161ijeg dijaloga izme\u0111u Uprave i sindikata, tra\u017eenja isplate bonusa i afera tajnih ugovora \u010dlanova Uprave, poku\u0161aj raskidanja kolektivnog ugovora, neisplate naknada za prijevoz radnicima, otpu\u0161tanje radnika i sl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span>[:de]<span>Gewerkschaftliche Forstwirtschaft Treffen sind die Gewerkschaft, professionelle, sportliche und kulturelle Manifestation in der jedes Mitglied seine Talente freigesetzt und ihre Hobbys pr\u00e4sentiert. Das diesj\u00e4hrige Team building der Gewerkschaft der Ingenieure und Forsttechniker fand vom 22. bis 25. September im Hotel Medena statt, in dem zwei thematische Vortr\u00e4ge stattfanden. Der kulturelle Teil des Programms umfasste die erste gemeinsame Ausstellung von Kunst und Fotoarbeiten von Gewerkschaftsmitgliedern, die gelegentlich &#8220;Kunst in der Forstwirtschaft&#8221; genannt, sowie eine kurze Kom\u00f6die &#8220;E, ne\u0161 za nj&#8221; des Amateurtheaters von Trilj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In die Sportanlagen nahmen 330 Mitglieder und G\u00e4ste teil, und sie konkurrierten in Bowling, Tennis und Tischtennis , Fu\u00dfball, Beach-Volleyball, Basketball, Boccia, Jagd Falle und einem Geschwindigkeits Bier trinken.
