[:en]Zoran Barisic, general secretary of the Croatian Association of Innovators, which is the organizer of this year’s ARCA 2016, believes that this year’s exhibition of innovations should be a turning point in stimulating and promotion of innovation on and innovative entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>\n

The key condition of exhibiting is that innovations are protected or that the protection of industrial property is launched. It is expected 180 exhibitors of which also Chinese products due to the fact that this year’s partner is the Chinese Association of Inventors, the largest in the world. The accompanying program will include a forum on where we are and where we go in the development of innovative entrepreneurship, and in the panel except officials of relevant ministries will participate also independent experts and representatives of the media. Despite the fact that Croatia has a great example of innovative companies and new company leaders in innovation, unfortunately there is no upward trend. The fact is that an innovative economy stagnates despite institutional support. Bari\u0161i\u0107 believes that encouragement should give large international companies which will enable the establishment of branches in Croatia under favorable conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who exhibits at trade fairs? There are two types of innovations, those of lower added value as a result of creativity of the individuals and that exhibit at trade fairs. Other innovations are of higher added value and they are result of research and development teams with the appropriate calculations, they do not exhibit at trade fairs, but they are looking for good ideas for their projects. The fairs are reserved for small companies and individuals. Since that innovators rarely speak about established contacts, it is difficult to comment the business results which in any case they have.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zoran Bari\u0161i\u0107 specifically mentioned young innovators who are not afraid of finance competition and who defend their innovation competently and at the International fairs. All of them Bari\u0161i\u0107 says to stay on the domestic market.<\/span>[:hr]Zoran Bari\u0161i\u0107, glavni tajnik Hrvatske udruge inovatora, koja je organizator ovogodi\u0161nje ARCA 2016.,\u00a0 smatra da bi ovogodi\u0161nja izlo\u017eba inovacija trebala bi biti prekretnica u poticanju i promicanju inovacija i inovativnog poduzetni\u0161tva.<\/p>\n

Klju\u010dan uvjet izlaganja je da su inovacije za\u0161ti\u0107ene ili da je za\u0161tita industrijskog vlasni\u0161tva pokrenuta. O\u010dekuje se 180 izlaga\u010da od kojih i kineski proizvodi s obzirom na to da je ovogodi\u0161nji partner Kineska asocijacija inovatora, najve\u0107a na svijetu. Popratni program uklju\u010divat \u0107e forum o temi gdje jesmo i gdje idemo u razvoju inovativnog poduzetni\u0161tva, a u panelu \u0107e osim du\u017enosnika nadle\u017enih ministarstava sudjelovati i nezavisni stru\u010dnjaci i predstavnici medija. Unato\u010d tome \u0161to Hrvatska ime sjajne primjere inovativnih tvrtki i novih tvrtki lidera u inovacijama, na\u017ealost ne postoji uzlazni trend. \u010cinjenica je da inovativno gospodarstvo stagnira unato\u010d institucionalnoj potpori. Bari\u0161i\u0107 smatra da poticaj trebaju dati velike me\u0111unarodne tvrtke kojima treba omogu\u0107iti otvaranje podru\u017enica u Hrvatskoj pod povoljnim uvjetima. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tko sve izla\u017ee na sajmovima? Postoje dvije vrste inovacija, one ni\u017ee dodane vrijednosti koje su rezultat kreativnosti pojedinca i koje izla\u017eu na sajmovima. One druge su inovacije vi\u0161e dodane vrijednosti i rezultat su rada istra\u017eiva\u010dko razvojnih timova s odgovaraju\u0107im prora\u010dunima, koji na sajmovima ne izla\u017eu ve\u0107 na njima tra\u017ee dobre ideje za svoje projekte. Sajmovi su rezervirani za male tvrtke i pojedince. S obzirom na to da inovatori rijetko govore o ostvarenim kontaktima, te\u0161ko je komentirati poslovne rezultate kojih u svakom slu\u010daju ima.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zoran Bari\u0161i\u0107 posebno je istaknuo mlade inovatore koji se ne boje financirane konkurencije a koji svoje inovacije brane kompetentno i na internacionalnim sajmovima. Svima njima Bari\u0161i\u0107 poru\u010duje da ostanu na doma\u0107em tr\u017ei\u0161tu.<\/span>[:de]Zoran Barisic, der Generalsekret\u00e4r des Kroatischen Verbandes der Innovatoren, das ist der Veranstalter des diesj\u00e4hrigen ARCA 2016 glaubt, dass diese Ausstellung der Innovationen dieses Jahres sollte ein Wendepunkt bei der Promotion und die F\u00f6rderung der Innovationen und innovative Unternehmen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eine wichtige Voraussetzung der Exposition ist dass Innovationen gesch\u00fctzt sind und dass der Schutz des gewerblichen Eigentums eingeleitet ist. Es wird erwartet, 180 Aussteller von denen auch die chinesischen Produkte aufgrund der Tatsache, dass diesj\u00e4hrige Partner ist der chinesischen Vereinigung der Erfindern, der gr\u00f6\u00dften in der Welt. Das begleitende Programm beinhaltet ein Forum, wo wir sind und wo wir in der Entwicklung von innovativen Unternehmertums gehen, und in das Panel au\u00dfer den Beamten der zust\u00e4ndigen Ministerien wird auch die unabh\u00e4ngigen Experten und Medienvertreter teilnehmen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass Kroatien ein gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr innovative Unternehmen und neue Unternehmen der Innovationsf\u00fchrer hat, leider gibt es keine Tendenz steigend. Tatsache ist, dass eine innovative Wirtschaft trotz der institutionellen Unterst\u00fctzung stagniert. Barisic glaubt, dass die Anregung gro\u00dfer internationaler Unternehmen gegeben sollten, die die Gr\u00fcndung von Tochtergesellschaften in Kroatien unter g\u00fcnstigen Bedingungen erm\u00f6glicht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wer ausstellt auf Messen? Es gibt zwei Arten von Innovationen, denen niedrigere Mehrwert sind das Ergebnis der Kreativit\u00e4t des Einzelnen und dem auf Messen ausstellen. Die andere Innovationen mehr Mehrwert sind Ergebnis der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams mit den entsprechenden Budgets, dass auf die Messen nicht setzen, aber nach guten Ideen f\u00fcr ihre Projekte suchen. Die Messen sind f\u00fcr kleine Unternehmen und Privatpersonen vorbehalten. In Anbetracht die Innovatoren selten \u00fcber hergestellten Kontakten sprechen, es ist schwierig \u00fcber die operativen Ergebnisse zu kommentieren, die in jedem Fall hat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zoran Barisic erw\u00e4hnt speziell die junge Innovatoren, die keine Angst vor der finanzierte Konkurrenz, die ihre Innovation kompetent und bei den Internationalen Messen verteidigen.
