[:en]Twenty years old Zorana Neve\u0161\u010danin, is the youngest Croatian shipbuilder and the British media already wrote about her. Following the family tradition, in the high school she has established a company for the construction of small ships and today sells them all over the world. She grew up in a family related to the sea and ships since her father Vedran Neve\u0161\u010danin is already 4 decades engaged in shipbuilding. Zorana`s company is called Ven Zoran and produces up to 100 boats per year 12 meters long, makes equipment from polyester, and has a product line of inox (equipment for boats, hotels, apartments, swimming pools) and will soon start the production of nautical equipment. \u00a0<\/span>Apart from running the business, extraordinary she is studying Accounting and Finance and she is the proud winner of the Croatian Pride for the youngest female entrepreneurs in Croatia. Her company is operating successfully due to the great support that she had during the opening from her family, the headmistress and class teacher of high school, her father’s friends from the branch. Ven Zorana`s products today are being sold in Croatia and abroad, from the United States, Russia, Hungary, Germany and Australia.<\/p>\n

The company employs 6 people, in relation with employees they have fair relationship.<\/p>\n

As the biggest obstacles Neve\u0161\u010danin stated slow, inefficient and not interested administration, in the beginning also the lack of understanding of banks and government institutions.[:hr]Dvadesetogodi\u0161nja Zorana Neve\u0161\u010danin najmla\u0111a je hrvatska brodograditeljka o kojoj su ve\u0107 pisali britanski mediji. Sljede\u0107i obiteljsku tradiciju, u srednjoj \u0161koli osnovala je tvrtku za gradnju malih brodova koje danas prodaje diljem svijeta. Odrasla je u obitelji vezanoj uz more i brodove budu\u0107i da se njen otac Vedran Neve\u0161\u010danin ve\u0107 4 desetlje\u0107a\u00a0 bavi brodogradnjom. Zoranina tvrtka se zove Ven Zorana i proizvodi do 100 brodica godi\u0161nje do 12 m du\u017eine, izra\u0111uje opremu od poliestera i ima liniju proizvoda od inoxa (oprema za brodice, hotele, apartmane, bazene) a uskoro kre\u0107e i sa proizvodnjom nauti\u010dke opreme. Osim \u0161to vodi posao, izvanredno studira Ra\u010dunovodstvo i financije a ponosna je dobitnica priznanja Ponos Hrvatske za najmla\u0111u poduzetnicu u Hrvatskoj. Njezina tvrtka uspje\u0161no posluje zahvaljuju\u0107i i velikoj potpori koju je prilikom otvaranja imala od svoje obitelji, ravnateljice i razrednice srednje \u0161kole, o\u010devih prijatelja iz bran\u0161e. Proizvodi Ven Zorane danas se prodaju u zemlji i inozemstvu, od SAD-a, Rusije, Ma\u0111arske, Njema\u010dke do daleke Australije.<\/p>\n

Tvrtka zapo\u0161ljava 6 djelatnika, a u odnosu sa zaposlenicima njeguje korektan odnos. Neben l\u00e4uft das Gesch\u00e4ft, sie studiert die Buchhaltung und Finanzen au\u00dferordentlichen, und sie ist der stolze Gewinner des kroatischen Stolz f\u00fcr die j\u00fcngsten Unternehmerinnen in Kroatien.
