[:en]The students of tourist and hospitality professions have a chance to win one of 200 scholarships that awards Valamar Riviera, local tourist company.<\/p>\n

Waiters, chefs, confectioners, tourist and hospitality commercialist with the scholarship will get also provided practice in one of the objects of the Valamar Group (Porec, Rabac, Krk or Dubrovnik) with the possibility of employment after graduation. The students from the other Croatian regions have provided free accomodation and food during the practice. The scholarship recipients will fulfill the the conditions if they regularly attend classes, enroll in a year and regularly graduate.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Tourism is Valamar`s partner in this scholarship program with the fund of 1000 kuna per month per student for 10 months, and the project will contribute to the connection of the real sector and secondary vocational schools in Croatia. In this particular example is expected to raise the quality of the tourism sector and professional staff, and we hope Valamar will follow large and small companies from other business activities.<\/p>\n

Konobare, kuhare, slasti\u010dare i turisti\u010dko-hotelijerske komercijaliste uz stipendiju \u010deka i osigurana praksa u jednom od objekata Valamar grupacije (Pore\u010d, Rabac, Krk ili Dubrovnik) s mogu\u010dno\u0161\u0107u zapo\u0161ljavanja nakon mature. U\u010denici iz ostalih krajeva Hrvatske imaju tijekom prakse osiguran i besplatan smje\u0161taj i hranu. Stipendisti \u0107e ispuniti uvjete ukoliko redovno budu dolazili na nastavu, upi\u0161u godinu i uredno maturiraju.<\/p>\n

Ministarstvo turizma je Valamarov partner u ovom programu stipendiranja s fondom od 1000 kuna mjese\u010dno po u\u010deniku tijekom 10 mjeseci, a projekt \u0107e pridonijeti povezivanju realnog sektora i srednjih strukovnih \u0161kola u Hrvatskoj. U ovom konkretnom primjeru se o\u010dekuje podizanje kvalitete turisti\u010dkog sektora i stru\u010dnog kadra, a nadamo se da \u0107e Valamar slijediti i velike i male tvrtke iz ostalih podru\u010dja djelatnosti.<\/p>\n

Valamar Riviera svojim zaposlenicima pru\u017ea mogu\u0107nost razvoja karijere putem niza vrhunskih edukacijskih programa – od internog programa razvoja mladih potencijala u F&B zanimanjima do Valamar akademije koja Valamarove kadrove priprema za specijalisti\u010dke i voditeljske pozicije. Prednost rada u Valamaru je redovno uklju\u010divanje u stru\u010dna osposobljavanja i programe nagra\u0111ivanja te dugoro\u010dno povezivanje s poslodavcem kroz status stalnog sezonskog radnika s cjelogodi\u0161njim primanjima i redovnim sta\u017eem.<\/p>\n

Die Kellnern, K\u00f6chen, Konditoren, Tourismus und Hospitality Sales Manager mit einem Stipendium wurden auch die Praxis in einen Objekten des Valamar-Gruppe bekommen (Porec, Rabac, Krk oder Dubrovnik), mit der M\u00f6glichkeit der Anstellung nach dem Abschluss. Die Studenten aus den anderen kroatischen Regionen haben freie Unterkunft und Essen w\u00e4hrend der Praxis zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Die Stipendiaten werden die Bedingungen erf\u00fcllen wenn sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig am Unterricht teilnehmen, anmelden in einem Jahr und regelm\u00e4\u00dfig absolvieren.<\/p>\n

Das Ministerium f\u00fcr Tourismus ist Valamar`s Partner in diesem Stipendienprogramm mit dem Fonds von 1.000 Kuna pro Monat pro Student f\u00fcr 10 Monate und das Projekt wird in Verbindung der realen Sektor und Berufsschulen in Kroatien beitragen.
