[:en]Recent clinical trials have confirmed the discovery of a new medicament for bone healing. After Sumamed, this is a new medication that is completely invented by Croatian scientists and which has already been tested on 10 patients in the Zagreb Trauma Clinic and the two patients in Vienna. The drug Osteogrow will be on the market for three years and by the end of this year will treat 75 patients. The drug is intended for patients with the problem of bone healing, as well as those who need to supplant part of the bone missing. It works so that the 1 oz of their own blood clot patient device, and then in the blood is added bone morphogenetic protein and all put in place where is necessary to “create” new bone. Osteogrow is injected at the place of fracture or for buildibg bone grafts. For this drug was granted patent in the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia. Manager and Project Coordinator Slobodan Vuki\u010devi\u0107 can not hide the excitement and success buy the fact that for the first time in the history of medicine Croatian academic community without the help of the pharmaceutical industry developed and tested a biological drug. This is the first time that the European Commission has entrusted the coordination of the project to a Croatian institution, the Medical Faculty in Zagreb, with the help of European partners from England, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project was funded in the amount of EUR 5.8 million, which created the cheapest cure for global application. The team of experts to design and create drug worked intensively in the last four years and involved 40 people, respectively top and scientific clinicians unknown to the public. To date, treatment of patients medicated with Osteogrow did not report side effects no negative indications. Its major role is expected in the treatment of back pain caused by degenerative changes of the spine. This is the first time that the results of the study drug shown to the world’s leading scientists in the field of medicine bone disease at Oxford. The discovery and preclinical development of drug was presented by Lovorka Grgurevi\u0107 from Medical faculty Zagreb, while the project manager presented the future of medicine in the treatment of patients with degenerative changes of the spine. Most responsible for the development and use of the drug, in addition to the before mentioned Slobodan Vuki\u010devi\u0107 and Lovorka Grgurevi\u0107, there is Hermann Oppermann from Genera Research, Mihaela Peri\u0107 who conducted toxicological tests, Ruth Paul from the UK who led the program in accordance with regulations and laws. Experts in drug development are also Dragan \u0110ur\u0111evi\u0107 and Tomislav Vlahovi\u0107 from the Sisters of Mercy Zagreb who designed the protocol for the clinical study of the drug in patients with distal radius fractures, Ismet Gavrankapetanovi\u0107 and Mehmed Jamakosmanovi\u0107 from the Department of Orthopaedic Sarajevo, Reinhard Windhager and Catharina Chiari from General University Hospital in Vienna, and Snje\u017eana Martinovi\u0107 from Smart Medic.<\/span>[:hr]<\/span>Nedavna klini\u010dka ispitivanja na ljudima potvrdila su otkri\u0107e novog lijeka za zarastanje kostiju. Nakon Sumameda, ovo je novi lijek kojeg su u potpunosti izumili hrvatski znanstvenici a koji je ve\u0107 testiran na 10 pacijenata u Traumatolo\u0161koj klinici u Zagrebu i na dva pacijenta u Be\u010du. Lijek Osteogrow \u0107e na tr\u017ei\u0161tu biti za tri godine a do kraja ove godine lije\u010diti \u0107e 75 pacijenata. Lijek je namijenjen pacijentima s problemom zarastanja kostiju kao i onima kojima je potrebno nadomijestit dio kosti koji nedostaje. Djeluje tako da se od 1 dcl vlastite krvi pacijenta napravi ugru\u0161ak, a potom u krv doda ko\u0161tani morfogenetski protein i sve stavi na mjesto gdje se treba \u201estvoriti\u201c nova kost. Osteogrow se ubrizgava na mjesto prijeloma ili za izgradnju ko\u0161tanih premosnica. Za otkri\u0107e ugru\u0161aka pune periferne krvi pacijenta odobren je patent u Americi, Europi, Kanadi, Australiji. Voditelj i koordinator projekta Slobodan Vuki\u010devi\u0107 ne mo\u017ee sakriti odu\u0161evljenje uspjehom ali i \u010dinjenicom da je prvi put u povijesti medicine hrvatska akademska zajednica bez pomo\u0107i farmaceutske industrije razvila i testirala jedan biolo\u0161ki lijek. Ovo je i prvi put da je Europska komisija povjerila koordinaciju projekta jednoj hrvatskoj ustanovi,\u00a0 Medicinskom fakultetu u Zagrebu, uz pomo\u0107 europskih partnera iz Engleske, Njema\u010dke, \u0160vedske, \u010ce\u0161ke, Austrije i BiH. Projekt je financiran u iznosu od 5,8 milijuna eura, \u010dime je stvoren najjeftiniji lijek za globalnu primjenu. U timu stru\u010dnjaka osmi\u0161ljavanja i kreiranja lijeka intenzivno je u posljednje \u010detiri godine sudjelovalo 40-ak ljudi, redom vrhunski i znanstveni klini\u010dari nepoznati javnosti. Do danas lije\u010denje pacijenata lijekom Osteogrow nije zabilje\u017eilo nuspojave ni negativne indikacije. Njegova velika uloga o\u010dekuje se u lije\u010denju bola u le\u0111ima uzrokovana degenerativnim promjenama kralje\u017enice. Ovo je i prvi put da su rezultati istra\u017eivanja lijeka prikazani vode\u0107im svjetskim znanstvenicima u podru\u010dju medicine ko\u0161tanih bolesti na Oxfordu. Otkri\u0107e i pretklini\u010dki razvoj lijeka prezentirala je Lovorka Grgurevi\u0107 s Medicinskog fakulteta Zagreb, dok je voditelj projekta prikazao budu\u0107nost lijeka u lije\u010denju bolesnika s degenerativnim promjenama kralje\u017enice. Najzaslu\u017eniji za razvoj i primjenu lijeka, osim spomenutih Slobodana Vuki\u010devi\u0107a i Lovorke Grgurevi\u0107, tu su i Hermann Oppermann iz Genera istra\u017eivanja, Mihaela Peri\u0107 koja je provela toksikolo\u0161ka ispitivanja, Ruth Paul iz velike Britanije koja je vodila program u skladu s propisima i zakonima. Stru\u010dnjaci u razvoju lijeka su i Dragan \u0110ur\u0111evi\u0107 i Tomislav Vlahovi\u0107 iz Sestara milosrdnica Zagreb koji su osmislili protokol za klini\u010dku studiju lijeka bolesnika s prijelomom pal\u010dane kosti, Ismet Gavrankapetanovi\u0107 i Mehmed Jamakosmanovi\u0107 iz Klinike za ortopediju Sarajevo, Reinhard Windhager i Catharina Chiari iz Op\u0107e sveu\u010dili\u0161ne bolnice u Be\u010du, te Snje\u017eana Martinovi\u0107 iz Smart Medico-a.<\/span><\/p>\n

 [:de]Aktuelle klinische Studien haben die Entdeckung eines neuen Medikaments f\u00fcr die Knochenheilung best\u00e4tigt. Nach Sumamed, das ist ein neues Medikament, das die kroatischen Wissenschaftler v\u00f6llig erfunden haben, und die an 10 Patienten in der Traumatologieklinik Zagreb und an 2 Patienten in Wien schon getestet wurde. Das Medikament Osteogrow wird f\u00fcr drei Jahre auf dem Markt sein und bis zum Ende dieses Jahres werden 75 Patienten behandeln. Das Medikament ist f\u00fcr Patienten mit dem Problem der Knochenheilung, sowie diejenigen, die fehlenden Teil des Knochens zu ersetzen braucht. Es funktioniert so, dass die 1 Unze der Patienten Blut macht den Gerinnsel, dann wird in das Blut Knochen morphogenetische Protein hinzugef\u00fcgt und alle an der Stelle gebracht, wo notwendig, um neuen Knochen “zu schaffen”. Osteogrow injiziert an der Frakturstelle oder Knochentransplantate zu bauen. Die Entdeckung die Gerinnseln voll peripheren Blut des Patienten wurde den Patent in den Vereinigten Staaten, Europa, Kanada, Australien genehmigt. Slobodan Vukicevic, Manager und Projektkoordinator kann die Aufregung und Erfolg nicht verstecken, sondern die Tatsache, dass zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte der Medizin kroatischen akademischen Gemeinschaft, ohne die Hilfe der pharmazeutischen Industrie entwickelt und erprobt eine biologische Medizin. Das ist der erste Mal, dass die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission die Koordinierung des Projekts eine kroatische Institution, die Medizinische Fakult\u00e4t in Zagreb, mit Hilfe der europ\u00e4ischen Partnern aus England, Deutschland, Schweden, Tschechien, \u00d6sterreich und Bosnien und Herzegowina anvertraut hat. Das Projekt wurde in H\u00f6he von 5,8 Millionen Euro finanziert, die die g\u00fcnstigste Heilung f\u00fcr globale Anwendung erstellt ist. Im Expertenteam zu entwerfen und erstellen den Medikament, in den letzten\u00a0 vier Jahren beteiligt intensiv 40 Personen, jeweils oben und wissenschaftliche Kliniker der \u00d6ffentlichkeit unbekannt. Bis heute die Behandlung den Patienten mit Medizin Osteogrow keine Nebenwirkungen und negativ Indikationen gemeldet haben. Ihre wichtige Rolle wird bei der Behandlung von R\u00fcckenschmerzen\u00a0 verursacht durch degenerative Ver\u00e4nderungen der Wirbels\u00e4ule erwartet. Das ist der erste Mal, dass die Ergebnisse der Studie Medikament der weltweit f\u00fchrenden Wissenschaftler auf dem Bereich der Medizin Knochenerkrankung in Oxford gezeigt sind. Die Entdeckung und die pr\u00e4klinische Entwicklung des Medikament pr\u00e4sentiert Lovorka Grgurevi\u0107 von Medizinische Fakult\u00e4t Zagreb, w\u00e4hrend der Projektmanager die Zukunft der Medizin bei der Behandlung von Patienten mit degenerativen Ver\u00e4nderungen der Wirbels\u00e4ule dargestellt.
