[:en]Problems in the construction sector since 2008 did not bypass Croatian cement factories, but in the last three years, it is evident a significant recovery particularly evident in the Istrian cement company Holcim. The company is active in the construction industry as a supplier of cement, aggregates and concrete. The current state of the Croatian cement market fell by more than 70%. The demand of cement has declined from 3 to 1.3 million tons. CEO of Holcim Alan \u0160i\u0161ina\u010dki stresses that the crisis has reached its peak in 2013., when the loss was 79 million kuna, to 36 million kuna profit in 2008. Working then at Holcim in Slovakia and Austria, he returned to Croatia to take over management of the company and reverse the way they do business.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the methodology of Balanced Scorecard the company defined the plan “2015 Plus” and launched 50 major initiatives in four areas, such as the reduction of costs, increase revenue, increase accountability and discipline and innovation. Methodology brought them success and revenue of about 300 million kuna, reaching slowly most profitable year 2008. This has been achieved by the collection of their claims so that they become agents of products, real estate and services of its debtors. The biggest success of Holcim is though the Centre for innovation and projects, which makes the whole company of 300 employees, so each employee regardless of sector they work in finds new solutions to improve operations and increase revenue. In the last three years they developed seven new products and services that are now holders of business. In addition to construction, the company is present in the glass industry, in agriculture through organic products for soil improvement, and are owned by tthey are owners of\u00a0 accredited laboratory and a team of experts for consulting services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Export is a very important source of income for Croatia cement industry, with imports around 300,000 tonnes and exports of around 1.5 million tonnes or about 30% of production. Holcim Croatia is focused on the Italian market because of marine transportation and its cost-effectiveness.<\/span>[:hr]Problemi u sektoru gra\u0111evinarstva od 2008. godine nisu zaobi\u0161li ni hrvatske cementare, no u posljednje tri godine evidentan je znatan oporavak posebice vidljiv u istarskoj cementari Holcim. Tvrtka je aktivna u gra\u0111evinskoj industriji kao dobavlja\u010d cementa, agregata i betona. Trenutno stanje na hrvatskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu cementa palo je za vi\u0161e od 70%. Potra\u017enja cementa pala je sa tri na 1,3 milijuna tona. Predsjednik uprave Holcim-a Alan \u0160i\u0161ina\u010dki nagla\u0161ava kako je kriza do\u017eivjela vrhunac 2013. godine a gubitak iznosio 79 milijuna kuna, prema 36 milijuna kuna dobiti u 2008. godini. Rade\u0107i tada u Holcim-u u Slova\u010dkoj i Austriji, vra\u0107a se u Hrvatsku kako bi preuzeo vo\u0111enje kompanije i preokrenuo na\u010din poslovanja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na temelju metodologije Balanced Scorecard definirali su plan \u201e2015 Plus\u201c odnosno pokretanje 50 velikih inicijativa u \u010detiri podru\u010dja, a to su smanjenje tro\u0161kova, pove\u0107anje prihoda, pove\u0107anje odgovornosti i disciplinu te podru\u010dje inovacija. Metodologija im je donijela uspjeh i prihode od oko 300 milijuna kuna, dosti\u017eu\u0107i polako najprofitabilniju 2008. godinu. To su postigli i naplatom svojih potra\u017eivanja tako da su postali posrednici proizvoda, nekretnina\u00a0 i usluga svojih du\u017enika. Najve\u0107i uspjeh Holcima ipak je Centar za inovacije i projekte, kojeg \u010dini cijela kompanija s 300 zaposlenih, tako da svaki zaposleni neovisno o sektoru pronalazi nova rje\u0161enja za pobolj\u0161anje poslovanja i pove\u0107anje prihoda. U posljednje tri godine razvijeno je 7 novih proizvoda i usluga koji su danas nositelji poslovanja. Osim u gra\u0111evinskoj, prisutni su i u staklarskoj industriji, u poljoprivredi kroz organske proizvode za pobolj\u0161anje tla, a u vlasni\u0161tvu su i akreditiranog laboratorija i timom stru\u010dnjaka za konzultantske usluge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hrvatskoj cementnoj industriji izvoz je jako va\u017ean izvor prihoda, s uvozom oko 300 tisu\u0107a tona a izvozom oko 1,5 milijuna tona odnosno oko 30% proizvodnje. Holcim Hrvatska orijentiran je na talijansko tr\u017ei\u0161te zbog brodskog prijevoza odnosno njegove isplativosti.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>[:de]Probleme im Bausektor seit 2008. haben nicht die kroatischen Zementfabriken\u00a0 umgegangen, aber in den letzten drei Jahren offensichtlich ist, dass eine deutliche Erholung besonders deutlich in der istrischen Zementfabrik Holcim. Das Unternehmen ist in der Bauindustrie als Lieferant von Zement, Zuschlagstoffe und Beton aktiv. Der aktuelle Stand des kroatischen Zementmarkt sank um mehr als 70%. Die Nachfrage Zement von drei auf 1,3 Millionen Tonnen zur\u00fcckgegangen. Der Pr\u00e4sident des Verwaltungsrats Holcim, Alan \u0160i\u0161ina\u010dki betont dass die Krise im Jahr 2013. ihren H\u00f6hepunkt erreicht hat, belief sich der Verlust auf 79 Millionen kn,\u00a0 und 36 Millionen Euro Gewinn im Jahr 2008. In den letzten drei Jahren sieben neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen entwickelt, die jetzt Inhaber von Unternehmen sind.
