The Elektroboj student competition with the theme “Help People with Disabilities” featured inventive\u00a0prototypes for facilitating the daily activities of people with disabilities. One of the ten ideas that\u00a0have been presented by the students is a smart walking stick for facilitating the movement of the\u00a0blind and visually impaired. This is an idea of Mateo Soka\u010d, a student of IT at the Rochester Institute\u00a0of Technology Croatia, Ivan Jure\u0161a, a computer science student at the Faculty of Engineering and Ivan\u00a0Brlas.<\/p>\n
The smart walking stick incorporates a GPRS system for reporting the location if the person is lost\u00a0and a sensor that can detect whether a person has lost the stick and inform them of its location. The\u00a0stick can enhance a blind person\u2019s feeling for the space and objects around him. The guys have plans\u00a0to register in one of the business incubators where, under the guidance of a mentor, their prototype\u00a0could become a product. Since they did not think that their invention would arouse public interest\u00a0and that it has not been tested on real users, its creators decided to improve it and, by doing so,\u00a0improve the quality of life of its users.<\/p>\n
GUITARFRIEND AS THE OTHER HAND IN PLAYING GUITAR<\/p>\n
The winners of the Elektroboj competition are the students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering\u00a0and Computing Milenko \u0160aponja, Antun Sukuri\u0107 and Ivan Bebi\u0107, who designed an electronic device\u00a0that makes it easier for people with disabilities to learn to play or play the guitar. They called it\u00a0GuitarFriend. It can be used by any music enthusiast who wants to independently learn to play the\u00a0guitar, since the device is attached to the resonating box and so replaces one hand. Antun and\u00a0Milenko were responsible for the development and technical implementation of the product, while\u00a0Ivan was responsible for market analysis and the business plan. Although the product is still in the\u00a0development stage, it has no direct competition. After the presentation on the Elektroboj, renowned\u00a0Croatian companies showed their interest in the GuitarFriend, which encouraged their inventors to\u00a0apply for the program of Student Entrepreneurship at the Career Centre of the Faculty of Electrical\u00a0Engineering and Computing (SPOCK). Na studentskom natjecanju Elektroboj na temu \u201ePomozi osobama s tjelesnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama\u201c\u00a0predstavljeni su radovi koji \u0107e osobama s invaliditetom olak\u0161ati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Jedna od\u00a0desetak ideja koje su studenti predstavili je i pametni \u0161tap koji \u0107e slijepim i slabovidnim osobama\u00a0olak\u0161ati kretanje. Na ideju za njega do\u0161li su Mateo Soka\u010d, student IT-a na Rochester Institute of\u00a0Technology Croatia, Ivan Jure\u0161a, student ra\u010dunarstva na Tehni\u010dkom fakultetu u Rijeci i Ivan Brlas.<\/p>\n
Pametni \u0161tap ima ugra\u0111eni GPRS sustav za dojavu lokacije ako se osoba izgubi te senzor koji mo\u017ee\u00a0prepoznati je li osoba izgubila \u0161tap i sam dojaviti lokaciju. \u0160tap mo\u017ee slijepoj osobi vi\u0161e pribli\u017eiti\u00a0osje\u0107aj za prostor i objekte oko sebe. De\u010dki imaju u planu prijavu u jedan od poduzetni\u010dkih\u00a0inkubatora kako bi uz vodstvo mentora njihov prototip mogao postati proizvod. S obzirom na to da se\u00a0nisu nadali da \u0107e njihov izum pobuditi interes javnosti te da isti nije testiran na pravim korisnicima,\u00a0njegovi kreatori su nakon natjecanja odlu\u010dili pobolj\u0161ati proizvod a time i kvalitetu \u017eivota njegovimkorisnicima.<\/p>\n
GUITARFRIEND KAO DRUGA RUKA ZA SVIRANJE GITARE<\/p>\n
Pobjednici Elektroboja su studenti s Fakulteta elektronike i ra\u010dunarstva Milenko \u0160aponja, Antun\u00a0Sukuri\u0107 i Ivan Bebi\u0107, koji su osmislili elektroni\u010dki ure\u0111aj koji osobama s invaliditetom olak\u0161ava u\u010denje,\u00a0ali i sviranje gitare. Nazvali su ga GuitarFriend. Mo\u017ee ga koristiti i svaki glazbeni entuzijast koji \u017eeli\u00a0samostalno nau\u010diti svirati gitaru, s obzirom na to da se ure\u0111aj pri\u010dvrsti na rezonantnu kutiju i tako\u00a0zamjenjuje jednu ruku. Antun i Milenko bili su zadu\u017eeni za razvoj i tehni\u010dku realizaciju proizvoda a\u00a0Ivan za analizu tr\u017ei\u0161ta i poslovni plan. Iako je proizvod jo\u0161 u razvojnoj fazi, trenutno nema izravnu\u00a0konkurenciju. Nakon prezentacije na Elektroboju, GuitarFriend je zainteresirao predstavnike\u00a0renomiranih hrvatskih tvrtki, \u0161to je de\u010dke potaknulo da se prijave u Program studentskog\u00a0poduzetni\u0161tva u centru karijera FER-a (SPOCK). U\u0161av\u0161i u desetomjese\u010dni program kao jedan od \u010detiri\u00a0tima, svoj \u0107e startup povezati sa stru\u010dnjacima i mentorima te \u0107e im biti osiguran prostor i oprema za\u00a0daljnje razvijanje ideje.<\/p>\n

Bei dem studentischen Wettbewerb “Elektroboj” zum Thema “Hilf der Person mit k\u00f6rperlichen Schwierigkeiten” wurden Arbeiten pr\u00e4sentiert, die den behinderten Personen die allt\u00e4glichen Aufgaben erleichtern. Eine von etwa zehn Ideen, welche die Studenten pr\u00e4sentiert haben, ist der intelligente Stock, der die Bewegung von blinden und schwachsichtigen Personen erleichtern wird. Auf diese Idee kamen Mateo Soka\u010d, Student der Informationstechnologie bei der Rochester Institute of Technology Croatia, Ivan Jure\u0161a, Student der Informatik bei der Technischen Fakult\u00e4t in Rijeka und Ivan Brlas.<\/p>\n
Der intelligente Stock hat das eingebaute GPRS-System f\u00fcr die Meldung der Position, wenn sich die Person verirrt, und den Sensor, der f\u00fchlen kann, ob die Person den Stock verloren hat, und selber die Position melden kann. Der Stock kann blinden Personen das Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr den Raum und die Objekte um sie herum n\u00e4her bringen. Die Jungen beabsichtigen, sich bei einem der unternehmerischen Inkubatoren anzumelden, damit ihr Prototyp unter der F\u00fchrung eines Mentors zum Produkt werden k\u00f6nnte. Da sie nicht hofften, dass ihre Erfindung die Interesse der \u00d6ffentlichkeit wecken w\u00fcrde, und da sie nicht an den tats\u00e4chlichen Benutzern getestet wurde, haben ihre Entwerfer nach dem Wettbewerb beschlossen, das Produkt, und damit auch die Lebensqualit\u00e4t seiner Benutzer, zu verbessern.<\/p>\n
GUITARFRIEND ALS DIE ANDERE HAND BEIM GITARRESPIELEN<\/u><\/p>\n
Gewinner des Wettbewerbs “Elektroboj” sind die Studenten der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Elektronik und Informatik, Milenko \u0160aponja, Antun Sukuri\u0107 und Ivan Bebi\u0107, die das elektronische Ger\u00e4t gestalten haben, das den behinderten Personen das Lernen, aber auch das Spielen der Gitarre erleichtert. Sie haben es GuitarFriend genannt. Es kann von jedem Musikliebhaber benutzt werden, der selbst\u00e4ndig das Gitarrespielen lernen m\u00f6chte, da das Ger\u00e4t auf den Resonanzk\u00f6rper befestigt wird und so eine Hand ersetzt. Antun und Milenko wurden mit der Entwicklung und der technischen Realisation des Produktes und Ivan mit der Marktanalyse und dem Gesch\u00e4ftsplan beauftragt. Obwohl sich das Produkt noch in der Entwicklungsphase befindet, im Moment hat es keine direkte Konkurrenz. Nach der Pr\u00e4sentation bei dem “Elektroboj”, hat das GuitarFriend das Interesse der Vertreter renommierter kroatischer Unternehmen geweckt, was die Jungen veranlasst hat, sich zum Programm des studentischen Unternehmertums im Zentrum der Karriere der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Elektronik und Informatik (SPOCK) anzumelden. Sie beginnen das zehnmonatliche Programm als eines von vier Teams.
