[:en]Next year, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FMENA) in Zagreb, in an area of approximately 740 square meters, a centre for research, development and education in the field of robotic systems will be opened. The project, which is valued at approximately 50 million kunas, will provide the most modern learning and working conditions for scientists, engineers and engineering students and serve as a centre for the development, testing and improvement of advanced applications of robotics in the medical, manufacturing and service sector. The centre is designed as a self-sustaining system that will be financed from research projects and, as such, it will be a unique scientific and technological centre in the wider region.<\/p>\n
The head of the Institute for Robotics and Automation of Manufacturing Systems at the FMENA, Professor Bojan Jerbi\u0107, emphasizes that there are already robots on the market that do housework (e.g. vacuuming), but also that the future brings a new era of household robots that will be able to look after pets and even children, because of the new system of developed cognitive activities. Of particular significance will be the laboratory for human robotics, which will explore intelligent robot behaviour.<\/p>\n
The first phase of the project is the preparation of technical documentation by the 28th<\/sup> of June this year, followed by a response to the call and the preparation of documentation for funding in the amount of EUR 3.7 million from EU infrastructural funds for regional development. Most of the money is intended for purchasing top-quality robotic equipment.<\/p>\n The permanent staff includes 20 people and at there are at least 20 more external associates. The greatest interest for the centre, which will be open to the public, was shown by our Slovenian neighbours, who have more robots than Croatia.<\/p>\n As part of its open day, the centre will be promoted to the public, helping Croatia to slowly enter the fourth industrial revolution (a combination of technologies from across the physical, digital and biological spheres). In the new revolution, as machine replace humans in many routine tasks, a certain number of jobs will be left to the robots and artificial intelligence. The reduction of available positions is expected to occur in the health care, energy and finance sectors, whereas only the most creative jobs will be left to humans. Projekt koji \u201ete\u017ei\u201c oko 50 milijuna kuna osigurat \u0107e najmodernije radne i obrazovne uvjete za znanstvenike, studente strojarstva i in\u017eenjere te \u0107e slu\u017eiti kao centar za razvoj, ispitivanje i usavr\u0161avanje naprednih robotskih primjena u medicini, proizvodnji i uslu\u017enim djelatnostima. Centar je zami\u0161ljen kao samoodr\u017eivi sustav koji \u0107e se financirati iz istra\u017eiva\u010dkih projekata i kao takav biti jedinstven znanstveno-tehnolo\u0161ki centar na \u0161irem podru\u010dju regije.<\/p>\n Voditelj Zavoda za robotiku i automatizaciju proizvodnih sustava FSB-a, profesor Bojan Jerbi\u0107, nagla\u0161ava da na tr\u017ei\u0161tu ve\u0107 postoje roboti koji rade ku\u0107anske poslove (npr. usisavaju pra\u0161inu), no ka\u017ee da budu\u0107nost donosi novu eru ku\u0107nih robota koji \u0107e mo\u0107i \u010duvati ku\u0107ne ljubimce, pa \u010dak i djecu, zbog novih sustava razvijenih kognitivnih aktivnosti. Posebno atraktivan bit \u0107e i laboratorij za humanu robotiku unutar kojeg \u0107e se istra\u017eivati inteligentno robotsko pona\u0161anje.<\/p>\n Prva faza projekta je izrada tehni\u010dke dokumentacije do 28. lipnja 2016. godine a potom slijedi odgovor na poziv i priprema dokumentacije za financiranje u iznosu od 3,7 milijuna eura iz infrastrukturnih fondova EU-a za regionalni razvoj. Najve\u0107i dio novca namijenjen je za vrhunsku robotsku opremu.<\/p>\n Stalno zaposleni \u010dinili bi brojku od 20, a jo\u0161 bi toliko bilo vanjskih suradnika. Najve\u0107i interes za centar, koji \u0107e biti otvoren i za javnost, pokazali su na\u0161i susjedi Slovenci, koji pak imaju ve\u0107i broj robota od Hrvatske.<\/p>\n U sklopu dana otvorenih vrata centar \u0107e se promovirati u javnosti te pomo\u0107i Hrvatskoj da polako u\u0111e u \u010detvrtu industrijsku revoluciju (spoj tehnologija diljem fizi\u010dkog, digitalnog i biolo\u0161kog svijeta). U novoj revoluciji strojevi \u0107e zamijeniti ljude u mnogim rutinskim poslovima, ustupaju\u0107i tako odre\u0111eni broj radnih mjesta robotima i umjetnoj inteligenciji. O\u010dekuje se smanjenje poslova u zdravstvu, energetici i financijama dok \u0107e samo najkreativniji poslovi ostati ljudima. Das Projekt, das ca. 50 Millionen Kuna wert ist, wird die modernsten Lern- und Arbeitsbedingungen f\u00fcr Wissenschaftler, Ingenieure und Studenten der Ingenieurwissenschaften bieten und wird als Zentrum f\u00fcr die Entwicklung, Pr\u00fcfung und Verfeinerung fortschrittlicher Roboteranwendungen in der Medizin, Produktion und Dienstleistungsbereichen dienen. Das Zentrum ist als ein selbsterhaltendes System konzipiert, der sich aus Forschungsprojekten finanziert, und wird als solcher ein einzigartiges wissenschaftliches und technologisches Zentrum in der weiteren Umgebung der Region sein.<\/p>\n Der Leiter des Instituts f\u00fcr Robotik und Automation von Fertigungssystemen der FSB, Professor Bojan Jerbi\u0107, betont, dass es auf dem Markt bereits Roboter gibt, die Hausarbeiten machen (z. B. Staub saugen), sagt aber, dass die Zukunft eine neue \u00c4ra der Haushaltsroboter bringt, die dank neuen Systemen mit entwickelten kognitiven Aktivit\u00e4ten in der Lage sein werden, Haustiere und sogar Kinder zu babysitten. Besonders attraktiv wird das Labor f\u00fcr die menschliche Robotik sein, in dem intelligentes Roboter-Verhalten erforscht wird.<\/p>\n Die erste Phase des Projekts ist die Erstellung technischer Dokumentation bis zum 28. Juni 2016, gefolgt vom Angebot und der Vorbereitung der Dokumentation f\u00fcr die Finanzierung in der H\u00f6he von 3,7 Millionen EUR aus Europ\u00e4ischen Infrastrukturfonds f\u00fcr regionale Entwicklung. Der Gro\u00dfteil des Geldes ist f\u00fcr die erstklassige Roboterausr\u00fcstung gedacht. <\/p>\n Das Zentrum w\u00fcrde 20 Festangestellte und 20 externe Mitarbeiter haben. Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Interesse am Zentrum haben unsere slowenischen Nachbarn gezeigt, die wiederum eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Anzahl der Roboter haben als Kroatien.<\/p>\n W\u00e4hrend der Tage der offenen T\u00fcr wird sich das Zentrum der \u00d6ffentlichkeit vorstellen und Kroatien helfen, sich langsam der vierten industriellen Revolution (Verbindung von Technologien aus der ganzen physischen, digitalen und biologischen Welt) anzuschlie\u00dfen. In der neuen Revolution werden die Maschinen bei vielen Routinet\u00e4tigkeiten die Menschen ersetzen, und damit wird eine Menge an Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen den Robotern und der k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz \u00fcberlassen werden. Der Abbau von Jobs in der Gesundheitsf\u00fcrsorge, Energiewirtschaft und Finanzen kann erwartet werden, w\u00e4hrend nur die kreativsten Jobs f\u00fcr Menschen bleiben werden. Ein solches Szenario kann bis 2050 erwartet werden, wenn der Verlust von gegen 46 Millionen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen in der Herstellung materieller G\u00fcter erwartet wird.
