Also, if you are a smoker, it would be good to cut that out.<\/p>\n<p>As for the food itself, it is desirable to switch to a vegetarian diet a week in advance. Priority should be given to fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts, and you should drink as much juices from freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables as possible. If you want to eat cooked food, you may, but try to limit it to healthy soups and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>We advise you to completely eliminate processed foods, bread and sweets from your diet.
