[:en]A Euro Health Consumer Index (EHCI) research ranked Croatia 16th<\/sup> out of 35 countries, with respect to the quality and availability of health care.<\/p>\n

The Euro Health Consumer Index (EHCI) measures the quality of a country’s health care system, primarily from the perspective of the service’s beneficiary, using 6 sub-disciplines divided into as many as 48 indicators. The maximum number of points that can be awarded is 1000.<\/p>\n

The 10 top-ranked healthcare systems under the EHCI 2015 are those of the rich Western European and Scandinavian countries, while, from the countries of the former Eastern Bloc, the systems of the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia, which ranks 16th with a total of 707 points, stand out .<\/p>\n

Since wealth, financial investments in health care and purchasing power are very differently distributed amongst the 35 countries considered, there was an attempt to account mathematically for these differences and balance them out. This resulted in an indicator known as Bang-for-the-Buck (which roughly means “how much the health care system offers for the money invested”). According to this parameter, the Croatian health care system is ranked very high, sharing 3rd<\/sup> place with the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

The parameters for which we were awarded the lowest number of points concern prevention. With respect to this, the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases, specifically, the prevention of high blood pressure and its consequences, as well as the prevention of smoking, are of especially poor quality, whereas the promotion of physical activity is insufficient.\u00a0It is necessary to raise awareness of preventive diagnostics as a measure which saves lives.[:hr]Istra\u017eivanje Europskog zdravstvenog potro\u0161a\u010dkog indeksa (EHCI) smjestilo je Hrvatsku na 16. od mogu\u0107ih 35 mjesta po kvaliteti i dostupnosti zdravstvene za\u0161tite.<\/p>\n

Euro Health Consumer Index (EHCI) koji mjeri kvalitetu zdravstva u zemlji, primarno iz perspektive korisnika usluge, kroz 6 podru\u010dja podijeljenih u \u010dak 48 parametara. Najvi\u0161a mogu\u0107a ocjena je 1000 bodova.<\/p>\n

\u010cak 10 prvoplasiranih zdravstvenih sustava po EHCI 2015. je iz bogatih zemalja Zapadne Europe i Skandinavije, a od zemalja biv\u0161eg isto\u010dnog bloka isti\u010du se \u010ce\u0161ka (13.), Slovenija (15.) i Hrvatska na 16. mjestu s ukupno 707 bodova.<\/p>\n

Kako su bogatstvo, financijsko ulaganje u zdravstvo i kupovna mo\u0107 vrlo razli\u010dito raspore\u0111eni me\u0111u 35 uklju\u010denih zemalja, poku\u0161alo se matemati\u010dkim putem uzeti u obzir i uravnote\u017eiti ove razlike. Tako se do\u0161lo do pokazatelja koji se na engleskom zove Bang-For-the-Buck ( u Hrvatskoj bi to moglo zvu\u010dati kao \u201e\u0160to mogu dobiti u zdravstvu za ulo\u017eeni novac\u201c). Prema ovom parametru se Hrvatsko zdravstvo vrlo visoko plasiralo, tako da sa \u010ce\u0161kom dijeli 3. mjesto.<\/p>\n

Parametri za koje smo ocijenjeni sa najmanje bodova se odnose na prevenciju, pritom je osobito lo\u0161a prevencija kroni\u010dnih nezaraznih bolesti, konkretno prevencija visokog krvnog tlaka i njegovih posljedica, prevencija pu\u0161enja i nedostatna promocija fizi\u010dke aktivnosti.<\/p>\n

Potrebno je podi\u0107i svijest ljudi o preventivnoj dijagnostici kao mjeri koja spa\u0161ava \u017eivote.<\/p>\n

Der Euro Health Consumer Index (EHCI) misst die Qualit\u00e4t des Gesundheitswesens im Land, vorzugsweise aus der Perspektive des Benutzers der Dienstleistung, durch 6 Gebiete, die in sogar 48 Parameter eingeteilt sind. Die h\u00f6chstm\u00f6gliche Bewertung ist 1000 Punkte.<\/p>\n

Sogar die ersten 10 Gesundheitssysteme nach EHCI 2015 sind aus den reichen L\u00e4ndern des Westeuropas und Skandinavien, und von den L\u00e4ndern des ehemaligen Ostblock zeichnen sich Tschechei, Slowenien und Kroatien auf dem 16. Platz mit insgesamt 707 Punkten aus.<\/p>\n

Da der Reichtum, die H\u00f6he der finanziellen Investition in Gesundheitswesen und die Kaufkraft unter den 35 einbegriffenen L\u00e4ndern sehr verschieden verteilt sind, war das ein Versuch, diese Unterschiede mathematisch zu betrachten und auszugleichen. Auf diese Weise ist der Indikator erhalten, der auf Englisch Bang-for-the-Buck genannt wird (mit Bedeutung “gute Ware f\u00fcrs Geld”). Nach diesem Parameter wurde das kroatische Gesundheitswesen sehr hoch platziert, so dass es mit der Tschechei den 3. Platz teilt.<\/p>\n

Die Parameter, f\u00fcr welche wir mit wenigsten Punkten bewertet wurden, betreffen die Pr\u00e4vention, besonders die schlechte Pr\u00e4vention von chronischen nicht\u00fcbertragbaren Krankheiten, konkret die Pr\u00e4vention von Bluthochdruck und seiner Folgen, die Pr\u00e4vention von Rauchen, und die unzureichende F\u00f6rderung von k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Es ist n\u00f6tig, das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die pr\u00e4ventive Diagnostik als lebensrettende Ma\u00dfnahme zu schaffen.<\/p>\n
