It is our pleasure to invite you to the first “Blue and green” fair of healthy nutrition, medicinal herbs and green entrepreneurship which will be held from 12th to 14th February in Hotel Medena in Seget Donji (near the City of Trogir).
The opening ceremony will take place on Friday, 12th February, starting at 14:00 hours.
As a part of this event, the presentation on the subject of “smart agriculture” and use of new technologies in agriculture will be held on the same day (12th February), starting at 18:00 hours.
The goal of this fair is to revive the “BLUE AND GREEN CROATIA” project. It also aims to connect green and blue Croatia by means of successful music and performing art mix of continental and Mediterranean expression in combination with gastronomy and tourist project, at the same time putting the emphasis on domestic brands and indigenous gastronomy delicacies.
This will be the opportunity to gather the exhibitors, experts and enthusiasts at a single place, who will, by means of joint effort, try to present the larger part of environmental and traditional products our country abounds in.
The fair will be attended by approximately 20 exhibitors from the LAG “Sava”, the City of Sveta Nedelja. The following exhibitors are expected to present their products:

- Miris prirode (scent of nature)
- Roklajd

Zadovoljstvo nam je pozvati Vas na prvi „Plavo-zeleni“ sajam zdrave prehrane, ljekovitog bilja i zelenog poduzetništva koji će se održati od 12.-14.veljače u hotelu Medena u Segetu Donjem (kod Trogira).
Svečano otvorenje manifestacije bit će u petak, 12. veljače s početkom u 14:00 sati.
U sklopu manifestacije, istog dana (12.veljače) održat će se prezentacija na temu „Pametne poljoprivrede“ i uporabe novih tehnologija u poljoprivredi s početkom u 18:00 sati.
Cilj ovog sajma je oživjeti projekt „PLAVA I ZELENA HRVATSKA“. Isto tako ima za cilj povezati zelenu i plavu Hrvatsku kroz uspješan glazbeno-scenski mix kontinentalno – mediteranskog izričaja u kombinaciji s gastronomsko – turističkim projektom, pritom stavljajući naglasak na domaći brand i autohtone gastro-delicije.
Ovo će biti prilika da se na jednom mjestu okupe izlagači, stručnjaci i entuzijasti koji će zajedničkim nastojanjima pokušati predstaviti veći dio ekoloških i tradicijskih proizvoda kojima naša zemlja obiluje.
Na sajmu će izlagati dvadesetak izlagača iz LAG-a Sava, grada Sveta Nedelja, pa će tako svoje proizvode predstaviti:

Es freut uns, dass wir Sie zu der ersten “blau-grünen Messe” der gesunden Ernährung, Heilkräuter und der grünen Unternehmung einladen können. Die Messe findet zwischen den 12. und 14. Februar im Hotel Medena in Seget Donji (bei Trogir) statt.
Die Eröffnungszeremonie findet am Freitag, 12. Februar, mit Anfang um 14:00 Uhr, statt.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung, wird es am selben Tag (12. Februar) ein Vortrag zum Thema “Intelligente Landwirtschaft” und die Verwendung neuer Technologien in der Landwirtschaft, mit Anfang um 18:00 Uhr geben.
Das Ziel dieser Messe ist den Projekt “BLAUES UND GRÜNES KROATIEN” wieder zu beleben. Ebenfalls ist der Ziel der Messe das grüne und das blaue Kroatien durch eine erfolgreiche musikalisch-szenische Mischung des kontinentales und mediterranes Ausdrucks in einer Kombination mit gastronomischen und touristischen Projekten zu verbinden, mit einer Betonung des heimischen Brands und autochthoner gastronomischen Delikatessen.
Dies ist eine Gelegenheit an einem Ort Aussteller, Experten und Enthusiasten, die gemeinsam viele ökologische und traditionelle Produkte, an den unser Land reich ist, vorstellen werden, zusammen zu bringen.
Die Messe wird rund 20 Aussteller aus der Lokalen Aktionsgruppe Sava, Stadt Sveta Nedelja, versammeln. Die volgenden Teilnehmer werden ihre Produkte vorstellen:
