The hotel restaurant offers each guest high quality food and beverage service, as well as a rich breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The menu was invented to satisfy the tastes and requirements of each guest, offering various meat and fish dishes, grilled dishes, lavish salads, a variety of side dishes, and delicious desserts.

The menu is adjusted to each season and fresh ingredients which are ripe at the time.

The breakfast buffet table offers a variety of warm and cold drinks, cereals, different cured meat products, fresh cheese, spreads, yogurts, fresh fruit, Soya steaks, different salads, cakes, etc.

Lunch and dinner are also organized as a buffet table, and offer a variety of appetizers, meat and fish dishes, as well as different salads and desserts. Start your meal with a hot soup, continue with pasta, a freshly prepared meat or fish specialty, fresh salad, and end with a dessert prepared in our private patisserie.
One of the specialties of this hotel and the region, is pašticada (Dalmatian braised beef) with gnocchi, which is most often prepared for different festive occasions such as weddings, ceremonial lunches and dinners, banquets and similar.

For different events, such as congresses, seminars, weddings, baptisms and similar, we offer complete service to meet the wishes of our guests. Starting with a welcome drink, coffee break, ceremonial meal, cocktail party, we offer a large selection of canapés, homemade fritule (fritters) and kroštule (fried ribbons), dried figs, carobs, a variety of snacks, cookies, along with a homemade aperitif.

One of the patisserie specialties is the "Medena surprise", a tasty and refreshing fruit ice cream, which is fried in dough and flambéed.

The restaurant is air-conditioned, with a seating capacity for 1100 individuals.
