The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, has recently founded a new company Neuralink with which he plans for the next four years to produce the first implants  to help increase and strengthen the brain. The aim is to help people with brain damage, and the technology itself would consist of tiny computers in the brain (micron size). They would have an interface to connect to external computers that will be able to enroll and download data directly to the brain, that is, the whole thought brain content. Over the next eight years, this technology should be available to everyone.
