Croatian innovators at 45th Innovation Fair in Geneva won 13 medals. At one of the most prestigious fairs Croatian selection participated the twenty-third time, winning five gold, six silver and two bronze medals. They presented 13 innovations that drew the interest of the business community. Gold medal went to Siniša Brođanac from Štinjan in Istria for Moto emergency locator – device for detecting and signaling the fall of the motorcycle and the location of the driver. The device can in less than a minute report the location of the collision which enhances the response of emergency teams during accidents. This innovation received a special award from the Korean Association of Innovators.

The silver medal won Romina Petaros from Pula for an innovative device for irrigation, washing and drying hands Smart hand washer. At the fair is presented more than 1000 innovations from 40 countries.

The gold medal won innovators of invisible marking in the visual infrared textile, then Self prop rail of Dražen Vidović, medical multifunctional vertical bed and Gruner electric bicycle. Silver medal went to the following innovations: MBT-T plant for sorting municipal waste, the bag with the seed for growing grass, equipment set for transmission of home appliances and mobile testing device for furniture parts, and innovation “The water against water”.

Bronze medals were awarded to Global anti-aging cream from the company Dermoestetik and motorized dog lead Walkee.
