The government’s decision on the adoption of the Regulation on the procedure for granting a concession on maritime domain has met with the approval of the Croatian shipyards. The Regulation, among other things, changes the basis for calculating the variable part of the concession fees for the economic use of the shipyard. Shipyards still work analyzes how much will be reduced costs with this change. Split shipyard is exactly due to these costs in a dispute with the state because, by calculation of the state owe 17 million kunas for the period from 2011. to 2013.
