The first space walk in 2017. was a record for the oldest woman astronaut. The 56 year old Peggy Whitson with a colleague Shane Kimbrough came out of the space station in order to perform maintenance works of electronic equipment but did not know that this walk shot down another record.

This duo will go to solar panels where will install the new lithium ion batteries into which is stored energy from the sun, and for that they will need 6:30 hours. Whitson said for the media that she loves being in space where at night sleeps like a baby.
