From the management of the Hotel Medena, managed by Nenad Končar, came the news about repurchase of all shares of the hotel from the Zagreb Stock Exchange. On Monday, 16th of January should be obtained a final decision at The extraordinary assembly of the hotel. In this way, they want to buy the remaining government shares in the company indirectly. Shareholders who vote against the withdrawal of shares from the Stock Exchange and who submit a request for their repurchase, Končar offers repurchase with a fair compensation that amounts 58.2 per share.
