Conferences, assemblies, seminars, weddings and formal celebrations can be organized in the Hotel Medena Congress Hall or two smaller halls.

The Congress Hall can be used for congresses, seminars, weddings, cocktail parties and other gatherings. The total size of the hall is 450 m2, and has a capacity of up to 350 individuals (movie theatre layout). The hall has its own sound system, a fixed stage and mobile speaking platform. Entrance is possible from three sides. It has both air-conditioning and heating.

Hotel Medena - Kongresna Dovrana

The Plavi and Tihi salons (Blue and Quiet salons), each 140 m2, each with a capacity of 100 individuals (movie theatre layout). The halls have natural light, air-conditioning and heating, and have natural acoustics.

The hotel also offers a smaller hall of 60 m2, which can comfortably accept approximately 30 individuals. At the hotel entrance, there are two smaller spaces which can be used as an reception office or additional working space. They are both 10m2.

The hotel café has a separate space which can be used as an exhibition space for conferences, located between the Blue and Quiet salons. This space is used for coffee breaks, welcome cocktails, and it can, if necessary, be adapted into a work space. The surface area is 500 m2, and it has 250 seats.

Guests can take advantage of the fast Internet connection (Hot spot), which covers the hall and reception area, hotel café, as well as in the Blue and Quiet salons. A wireless Internet connection is also possible in the Congress Hall.

All hotel rooms include a modem connection for laptops.
