Banke im ne mogu/ne žele dati razvojni kredit jer nemaju čime jamčiti povrat, a nemaju ni nekretnine koju bi dali kao garanciju. Uglavnom se te tvrtke financiraju ušteđevinom osnivača ili uz pomoć obitelji i prijatelja.
Rješenje ovog problema predstavljeno je prošli tjedan u zagrebačkom inovacijskom centru HUB 385 čiji je pokusni kunić tvrtka Include iz Solina. Tvrtka je vrlo poznata u tehnološkom svijetu s obzirom na globalni uspjeh njenog osnivača i inovatora pametnih klupa, Ivana Mrvoša. Radi se o klupama koje se pune sunčevom energijom a na kojima se može napuniti baterija mobitela, uz dostupan Internet. Po cijeni od 2000 eura idealna je za turistička mjesta. Tvrtka zapošljava 15 djelatnika/stručnjaka iz raznih područja, a samo prošle godine prodali su preko 100 klupa. Glavni kupci su tzv. pametni gradovi, hoteli, marine i aerodromi.
Da bi se firma i dalje mogla razvijati, potreban je novac a investitori bi u takve tvrtke ulagali da mogu pratiti kako se njihova investicija razvija. Svi smo upoznati da tržišta za mlade pothvate u Hrvatskoj nema. Upravo iz tog razloga je osmišljen način da hrvatski inovatori ipak ulažu u hrvatske firme. I to preko Estonije. Kako? Radi se o organizaciji i internetskom tržištu Funderbeam kojeg su pokrenuli upravo Estonci. Funderbeam je u partnerstvo sa Zagrebačkom burzom ušao u partnerstvo putem kojeg poziva hrvatske mlade tehnološke tvrtke da se predstave a hrvatske investitore da ulože u hrvatske kompanije.
Include će nastojati tako prikupiti između 250 000 i 400 000 eura u 30 dana (od domaćih i stranih tvrtki). Ako u tome uspiju, bit će na računu društva s ograničenom odgovornošću registriranog u Estoniji koje će kao inozemni investitor uložiti u tvrtku Include. Inicijalni kapital od 40 000 eura uložila je Ivana Šoljan koja vodi prikupljanje uloga. Najbolje u cijeloj priči jest da se sve može obaviti preko interneta a najmanji ulog je 100 eura. Za taj iznos se dobije 100 tokena/Internet žetona/bonova koji se mogu prodavati.
Cilj cijele priče je da pametne klupe privuku više manjih ulagača te otvore vrata drugim inovativnim tvrtkama. Najveći problem je što sve ide preko Estonije jer hrvatsko zakonodavstvo nije otvoreno prema novim tehnološkim kompanijama.
